Great service and very friendly in helping me find what i needed

D'ette was very knowledgeable, had answers to our questions. She remembered us when we came back a month later. She was patient with our indecisiveness and did not push at all. We appreciate the great deal we got on our new mattress.

The furniture I purchased was beautiful... I really love it! Yvonne was so much help and so friendly. She made the whole experience painless and exciting.

At Home Furniture is a terrific store. They have excellent selection of all styles and types of furniture and mattresses. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite, not pushy at all. Delivery was excellent also. Very punctual and courteous. We had purchased a mattress from them and had to exchange it as it was too tall for our new captains’ bed we’d ordered from a different store. We were given the incorrect measurement from the other store. At Home Furniture were very cordial about the return. The second delivery was as good as the first. This store has been in business for many years with speaks well for them in the rough times economy has gone through. We will shop there again, it was a great experience.

Everybody was very friendly. The prices are reasonable, and I love the fact that financing is an option. At certain points we did feel a little claustrophobic by some of the employees there. I understand completely that it is the salesman�s goal to persuade you into making a purchase. However, my fianc� & I were enjoying our own quiet time imagining the furniture in our future home, only to be interrupted by a salesman. It would have been nice to have a little more breathing room, instead of feeling pressured to purchase something now. Regardless, I do realize they were just doing their jobs and for that reason I would always reccomend at Home furniture and Mattress superstore.

Their staff was very friendly, caring and knowledgeable they helped us find the perfect chair for my husband for Fathers Day. As a tall and stout man it was a challenge. On delivery day, they came earlier than expected so we didn't have to wait. Everything was great, even the prices. We would definitely shop there again. Very satisfied. Great experience.

The help I received was really great. Asked what I was looking for and helped me find exactly what I wanted.

Because we met with a manager at our second attempt at buying a mattress, because originally they?re was a lot of confusion dealing with a salesperson with our first mattress purchase which turned out to be the wrong size, and our credit cards ( synchrony) were used not as we originally discussed. When it was ?assumed? that everything would be the same as the original purchase concerning the financing, when it actually wasn?t correct, We got everything straightened dealing with the manager, and are having our mattress looked at, concerning a ? bump? in our memory foam mattress to use our warranty. This hasn?t happened as of this date/review. But look forward to when it is done.

They had a great variety, courteous/ helpful staff, and quick delivery.

Freddie and Frankie for their professionalism and very friendly and informative manners in which they explained everything about my new adjustable bed. Also making certain that I was happy with the height that I chose out of the four available.
Thank you to at home for great service from the in the door all the way to delivery and set up. If you need a new mattress I highly recommend them. I went to five stores.

My family and I came here to furnish our new home. We needed a living-room set, 2 bedroom sets, dinning room chairs, and a hid-abed for our playroom. As we walked in the friendly staff walked over and immediately asked if we needed help finding something. Micheal Flowers was very helpful and full of patience as we walked the entire store 3 times looking for the perfect rug and end table to swap out of the furniture set we wanted. My kids were starting to lose their minds and the staff didn't judge us for their behavior. The manager and Mr. Flowers made sure that we got the best deal possible on the LARGE order we placed. Mr. Flowers was very personable and felt like a friend by the end of our trip to the store. When it came time to have the items delivered to our home delivery guys, Tim and Frankie treated my home with extreme care. They wrapped our entry way with moving blankets and put one on the floor so they didn't track in mud. It was a very rainy day. They asked me where I wanted things and made sure we were happy with our items. They were more professional than some contractors we have dealt with. We have had our furniture now for a week and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the items. The staff here are so sweet and honest! I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

Michael Flowers was from the beginning focused on our wishes and explained all the options we were looking for in bedroom furniture. Once we decided on the furniture built by a local wood crafter, he was extremely helpful in determining all of the specifications including the type of wood, stain colors, height and width of the drawers, as well as the handles. He took the time to sketch the design and get a quote quickly. Although it was more than our budget, we believe the quality of the furniture and the excellent customer service was what sold us. The free delivery to the coast was also a plus, and the delivery personnel were professional and courteous. Thank you for a great experience!

At home furniture was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The whole process was easy and quick from show room floor to delivery.

This was our first visit to this store as we just moved to the area and thought the staff were very friendly as well as very helpful. Michael helped show us the various bedroom sets and made was very welcoming to questions we had. Delivery was set up for the following week and Tim and Frankie did a wonderful job of setting up all the pieces. Thank you Michael and hope you have a great birthday (since we share the same one only years apart!!! LOL)
