Customer service was really good. The salesperson was there to help and answer any questions that I had before, during and after purchase.

DS was helpful and seemed to sincerely care about getting me the swivel recliner that I described. He did not try to persuade me to consider a certain one but had me try several, telling me the features of each.

I just wanted to tell everyone about the wonderful experience we had at at Home Furniture with Kent and Kathy. My boys were moving out and they needed furniture. When we walked in we were greeted by Kent who immediately made us feel like family. He asked the boys what they were looking for which they really weren't sure because this was our first time looking for furniture. Kent took them to a sectional that was actually perfect for guys moving out on their own. he didn't take us to the most expensive furniture or push other furniture on us he showed them things that are perfect for guys. He even gave them ideas on how to arrange it in their new place. He offered lots of ideas with tables and rugs but not once did he ever push us into anything. He just said get what you think you like, get it into the place and go from there. He even offered us discounts if we wanted to come back and get end tables or if the rug wasn't up to their liking they could come and exchange it. I have always hated going into furniture stores because the sales people are like vultures right on top of you and try to push the most expensive furniture they can. Not Kent, he treated me and my boys so well there was no stress involved. He also helped my oldest pick out a top of the line mattress at an amazing price, nothing any of the mattress stores could have done. Kent and Kathy (she was so amazing when I was having an issue with my house, bless you Kathy) are the type of people you want to work with when buying furniture. There's something to be said about a family owned business, they treat you with respect and aren't just out to make an easy sale, they care about your needs and budget. The other great thing about At Home Furniture is the selection of furniture and the prices! They can't be beat. We stopped by Rife's and were shocked at some of their prices. So, if you want great selection ,prices and to be treated with respect and like family go see Kent and Kathy at At Home Furniture, they are amazing! We were able to locate an unusual item at a great price, plus the sales service was excellent. I plan to shop there again and will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

My 10 year old daughter worked hard to save the money for a new bed, when I took her in to see how much she would need for the bed she wants, the staff was really nice and helpful. When we went back today to order the bed we ended up adding in a mattress for ourselves. The staff was once again helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you Coleen, Dan, and DeEtt!
