Dr Short is very helpful and skillful, since Don has very difficult problems with his nails, due to acute medical histories. Dr Short has demonstrated that he is up to the task of dealing with them. Dr Short has also offered any extra help in dealing with Don's case, to avoid any other dangers, and has a very pleasant personality.
