Dr. Katz and DDC colleagues Denise, Virginia, Carlos and Ron expertly performed colonoscopy and endoscopy on Friday April 16 These procedures went very smoothly, a credit to the skill of DDC staff. I appreciate the many courtesies shown to me during this event. I especially appreciate receiving thorough written reports when departing the facility, and also the thorough follow-up telephone call from DDC office manager Babs to review these reports with me on Monday April 19. Endoscopy revealed the cause of occasional difficulties to swallow; I'm looking forward to further discussions people about how to remedy that problem.

Understanding and informed

My experience with Dr. Katz has been great. He is a great doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.

Entire DDC team was professional and makes the patient's comfort level priority, not just physical but emotionally as well. Making sure I had full knowledge and explanations of procedure and care post-op.

I really appreciate the care provided by Dr. Katz and his team at Palm Endoscopy. They are attentive and helpful, and are careful to maintain the patient's privacy. As people often say, the prep is the difficult (but doable) part. The procedure is easy, and I feel good knowing that I'm hopefully avoiding colon cancer.

Dr. Katz and his staff where excellent. Tripled checked to be sure I was the patient and what I was there for, Explained everything, and took great care of me.

Dr. Katz, the anesthesiologist and the ENTIRE TEAM at DDC Maitland office were excellent. Professional, detailed and organized. That's the way it should be and I like it.

Had a Upper GI Endoscopy and a Colonoscopy. Dr. Katz and his staff were excellent as well as very professional. I;d like to give a shout out to Donna at the Front Desk, Helen, Leah, Carlos, Victoria, Jeremiah and Brenda because they were all so very caring. It put me right at ease.

Excellent care from the front door to the back door by everyone there!

Dr. Katz, as well as the entire team of nurses and staff, made me to feel comfortable throughout my treatment. Everyone that I interacted with was professional, caring and had a great sense of humor. These are all indicators of a well run practice and office. No waiting around the either, the time of my appointments were the time that I was seen, friendly and efficient, I appreciate that my time was valued.

Great experience with wonderful office staff. Colonoscopy was as smooth as could be. Must give a shout out to the woman that administered the Propofol as she went really slow to mitigate the burning.

This is a group that goes above and beyond good patient care. They REALLY take care of you. Aside from excellent clinical care, there are little touches, like a warm hospital gown and blankets prior to your procedure and a follow-up wellness call the next day. One comment I do have is that during scheduling I might like to have more conversation about the bowel preps available and the various price points.
