Danny and his daughter did a great job for us quickly and neatly. Definitely recommended. The Aftershock treatment seems to have fixed my slow draining leach field. THANK YOU!!

We had family over for the weekend, and the shower drain was clogged. Well, the toilets stopped working and then we had sewage coming up our tub and shower drains!! We made several calls, nobody answered and one guy said he 'didn't feel like coming out'. If anyone has ever had this issue, they know it can't wait until Monday! We called Duncan, and wish we had called them first!! Danny came out in about half hour, and he quickly located our cleanout, and he unclogged it and pumped our tank which was completely full. The rates were very reasonable, and no extra charge for it being a Sunday, and we live in Springfield too! Danny is super friendly, and its a family business that cares for their customers, not about money. They just don't make businesses like that anymore, or so we thought! Don't call anyone else, call Duncan first. We know we will from now on!

They were very friendly and really helped us with our problem in a timely manner. They were very fair with their pricing and I would definitely recommend them to any one that needed a service such as theirs. We are beyond thankful to have this issue resolved!!

Totally Honest Company!! Called Mr Duncan and explained bathroom all stopped up, and the fact we just had a baby and money really tight. He took the time to tell me how to locate my tank and opening, then explained 2 or 3 things to try myself if I didnt mind a little work. told me to call him back if I ran into any problems, and I did 2 more times and I fixed the problem for now. A remarkable person! nobody does this anymore, It's all about $$$ Told him as soon as I could (afford it) I would have him come out and pump my tank. Please call this man you won't be disapointed. My fiance and I have been in our new home for about 3 months. On a Sunday night at 8:30 our septic tank backed up. We needed help quick. We called Danny Duncan and he came to our house in about 30 minutes. He did an amazing job and was done in about 45 mintues! Very nice man and very thankful for his hard work on a Sunday night! We will recommend his service over everyone elses!

The Only Co. That Answered !! Honestly I called around to check prices, beings it was on a wknd. they all advertise "7 days a week", Not So... Duncan And Daughters Septic Service were the only ones that answered, and worked us in between 2 other jobs because we were stopped up. Danny and Taylor Thank you both so very much, you have customers for life, will also tell our family and friends the only one to call. ps. loved your truck too!!

THE ONLY ONE TO CALL !! commode stopped up during UK/UL game, I have the same luck as the Ville..anyway believe it or not Danny came before the game was over (left his own party) and pumped our tank and unstopped our line. Would like to thank Mr Duncan for coming out to our house on Sunday and unstopping our line and pumping our tank. Yes!! we can use the bathroom again. very likeable young man and very proffessional, also only charged us the normal rate of $180.00 not extra for Sunday. Best people to call, Danny and his daughter came out and did a Septic Inspection on our home yesterday, (or should say potential home). Extremely knowledgeable, even gave us informational reading material on all the pro's and con's of owning a septic system, What organizations and web sites to go to that he is accredited with, was truly impressed with his knowledge and passion he has for this industry. You can really tell he enjoys his work and proud of his accomplishments. Very please with the service call them that morning and he said he could be there by 2 and he was called to let my husband know he was on his way. He even came in the rain. Was very nice, him and his wife, would recomend him to everyone.

Called Danny Saturday morning and he said he would be here at noon and he promptly arrived at noon, even calling my husband to say he was on his way. The excessive rainfall this year has made our septic system at times VERY FRUSTRATING! Danny answered all of our questions and gave us some very helpful information about our septic and plumbing systems. Would highly recommend him to anyone with septic and lateral line problems. Awesome, Called Duncan & daughters septic service, Danny and his daughter, Taylor came out tonite in this weather, snow and all because we were stopped up completely. Fixed everything and pumped our tank also. asked me to give him a review if I did'nt mind, after what he did for my family in this weather, buddy I have no problem telling everyone he is the only one to call. thanks again Danny and Taylor.

I would like to thank Danny for his great service. Our septic tank was backing up in our house on New Years Eve and we couldn't use the bathroom or the shower due to this problem. We called him up that night to ask where the septic tank was. My husband wanted to dig it up himself in order to save money. He couldn't find it and was about to call Danny, but before he could dial the number, Danny was calling him! He asked if he found it and of course my husband said no. Without hesitation, he came straight to our house to find the septic tank! He was at our house for about 4 hours and did pump the septic tank out while he was here. How many people are that devoted to their jobs to work on holidays! Thank you Danny! You are a life savior. I recommend him to anyone who has a plumbing problem. Danny is very knowledgeable and professional. My husband is hard to please and he loved Danny's work. Thanks again Danny and also thanks to your family for being understanding. Also we was pleased with the cost too.
