Tracie did an excellent job. She was very professional and did everything with care.

Traci, my hygienist, was very friendly and the whole process was comfortable. I got to choose what flavor toothpaste she used to, which was funny.

I just wanna say i was so impressed when i walked in the office today. Not only did Traci know my name but most of my staff called my name. I am a manager in retail and i know the biggest thing is giving your customer/patient and experience that makes them want to come back. I definitely enjoyed that. Traci again was the best. She actually care about her patients. She actually stop to check on the patient to see if shes hurting them or just ensuring they are comfortable. I will say this is the best dentist experiences I've ever experienced.

My experience was great, no issues or problems of any kind.

Before visiting the dentist office i was nervous. She actually has a way of talking calm and ensuring the patient will be calm. This is my first time back in about 12 years and everything she ensured me was great. I will actuall follow her if she leaves because her attitude is a direct reflection of what great customer service should be and is.
