I have been a patient of Brookside Dental for over 25 years and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering changing dentists, or even anyone not considering changing dentists! Dr. Patricia Pauley, now retired, was my dentist originally. She was highly skilled and extremely personable. Dr. Cindy, her daughter, joined the practice several years ago, and she and her husband, Dr. Brian, have continued the tradition of excellence. When I got married, my wife was not too happy with her then dentist, so I recommended Brookside to her. She is now a patient of Dr. Cindy and is super pleased with her. When Dr. Pat retired, I became a patient of Dr. Brian and could not be more pleased with him. They have provided excellent dental care and they continue to improve and upgrade their skills and facilities to keep up with the latest advances in dentistry while maintaining their personal touch. The staff is friendly and organized. The office is clean, bright, and comfortable. I always leave there with a smile.

I became a patient at Brookside Dental in 97 when I first moved to the area and worked in Redmond. Almost 18 years later, I still have never gone to a different dentist, despite the fact that I have LONG ago moved to Seattle. The twice-yearly trip over to the Eastside is a small price to pay for such excellent care. While growing up, I frequently had cavities and problems with my teeth, and while some dentists were less bad than others, toothaches seemed to be my lot in life. Ever since getting treatment here, a weight was lifted from my shoulders. A root canal, an extraction, a few crowns and fillings later, and the pain that so often visited me became a distant memory. The work Dr. Cindy did has held up incredibly well, and I am so grateful for the care I received. Every treatment I received was as painless and quick as possible, while also extremely well executed. I also appreciate that any "upsell" of additional services, such as whitening or braces, was only ever low-key and a "No, thanks" is respected and left at that.

I've been a patient at Brookside Dental for five years, ever since relocating to the area from back East. They provide top notch care for me and my wife, including fillings, routine exams and cleanings, bite guards and whitening solutions. Very friendly and professional, from the front desk to the hygienist to Doctor Brian. When a friend visiting from out of town had a dental emergency, they took care of her the same day at no charge so that she could get home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brookside Dental to my friends and family.

I have had nothing but great experiences regarding Brookside... myself and entire family. We moved here twenty years ago and got referred to Brookside. The staff has been amazing... always friendly and accommodating regarding scheduling and the dental crew is very skilled, thorough and knowledgeable.

I have been a patient at Brookside Dental for a few years. I drive from Covington to the Bellevue office, but it's totally worth the time. I always receive excellent care and the staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly. For two decades I wanted to switch dentists but kept telling myself that a dentist is a dentist. Not so. When a friend told me she knew of the perfect place, I finally tried Brookside Dental. After my first visit, I immediately transferred my children from their pediatric office, because it was clear they would be treated kindly and thoroughly cleaned and examined at Brookside. Most telling is that my husband, who once avoided the dentist at all costs, was willing to undergo several procedures and now schedules his own routine visits. His experience has been so positive that he proudly claims to be over a life-long fear of the dentist. Not only do we feel that the staff are genuinely concerned about our welfare, but there is little wait and everyone is friendly and attentive. Between the four of us, we see both Drs. Pauley and Cave.

I started coming to Brookside Dental over 14 years ago. I hadn't seen a dentist for almost 10 years before that. I was scared at first, I had a lot of work to do. The staff made me feel welcome from the start. I love that when I walk in I am always greeted by my name, that small gesture that shows they remember me makes me so happy. The dental work is actually enjoyable, as crazy as that sounds. The atmosphere is so relaxing that many times I would fall asleep in the middle of a procedure. I saw Dr. Pat when I first started coming to Brookside Dental, when she retired I was concerned that I wouldn't find another dentist as great as she was. I am glad I stayed, Dr Cave is very likeable. From the first visit with him I knew he was going to exceed my expectations, and his assistant Shannon makes me laugh, she listens to my silky stories and shares some of her own. Recently I came in to have Jessi make some adjustments to my nite guard. She is so patient with my questions, she takes time to explain everything to me. I think because the staff treats me as a person, and not just a patient, that is probably why I continue to come back. I want to see them, I really enjoy my time I spend at Brookside Dental. I highly recommend Dr. Cave to anyone looking for a new dentist:)

I have been a customer of Brookside for over 16 years along with my wife and two children who are now 16 and 12. All of us can say that Brookside is a fabulous dental facility for all ages. The staff are fun and enjoy their work, always making whatever procedure you are going through a pleasant experience. They are very gentle and take the time to answer any questions and educate you and your children on preventative care. The equipment is top notch and your comfort is vital to the staff and doctors. Brookside works with a variety of insurance carriers and their staff do an excellent job promptly processing claims. I highly recommend Brookside for all your family dental needs.

My husband and I have been going to Brookside Dental for several years now and we really can't say enough good things about Dr. Brian Cave and all the staff there. Everyone is always very helpful. They take the time to answer any questions you may have, never making you feel like they're rushing you. Everyone is friendly and a pleasure to see. They're very knowledgeable, whether it's about billing or a procedure you're having done or just general dental questions. The cleanings are great and I leave feeling squeaky clean! We've also had some cavities filled and the work has been excellent. The office is clean and modern, the waiting room even has a play area for kids. We drive here from Seattle even though they're out of network for our insurance because it's worth it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist.

My Wife and 2 kids and I have been going to Brookside for over 20 years. They care about each and every tooth you have. They are very gentle and really great about minimizing your discomfort and pain. They are the only dentists my family will use.

Any Dental or Medical Office who wants to know what it means to have the ideal experience for their patients, with a true customer focus, they should take a field trip and spend time with the staff at Brookside Dental in Bellevue. From easy parking by the office entrance, to being greeted by your name at reception, to your short wait in a clean spacious lobby, to being escorted by hygienist to the dental exam area, this is all done in friendly manner that has the focus on you not being rushed even through a routine procedure. The doctor exams are always trough with complete explanations and if needed future recommendations and actions. When you check out your bill is explained with the exact amount for the service provided. The routine follow up-appointments are made before you leave and even if they are months away you will receive a personal call from the staff reminding you of the time and date. I have had this type of excellent experience from Brookside Dental for over 20 years. That being said I know they have an improvement process to always try to make themselves better, because each visit is better than the last.

I feel privileged and fortunate to have found the Brookside dentistry. My dentist is Dr. Cave and hygienist Barb. I could not be more please with the service and attention I receive at each visit. I trust the staff with their recommendations and my smile and confidence have improved significantly. During the cleanings and routine visits, Barb is kind, caring and gentle... and yet she leaves my teeth feeling amazing. She is a keeper. :) Dr. Cave listens to my concerns, and takes his time to address my oral health at each visit. I will stay their patient for life.

A visit to Brookside Dental is unlike any dental visit I have ever had. When you arrive, everyone knows your name and greets you with a smile. There is impeccable service, with cold drinks or coffee, a fireplace, and a children’s corner. I have never had to wait and my appointments have always been exactly as scheduled. Dr. Cindy Pauley is fantastic. She is extremely competent, efficient, compassionate, and careful. She explains everything in detail. My husband and oldest child are also patients there and everyone we have seen has had the same consistent friendly, professional, efficient, and caring attitude towards our dental care. The practice is very family-friendly and everyone is understanding and patient when, on occasion, I have to come to appointments with my children in-tow. I have only the best things to say about Brookside Dental.

I have been going to Cr. Cindy at Brookside for about 15 years.I first went to her at the recommendation of a coworker because my regular dentist at the time had done a filling that popped out 3 times. Dr. Cindy fixed the filling right the first time and also delivered some shocking news. She said that my teeth looked as if I hadn't had them cleaned in many years and that I had borderline bode damage in several places! I had been going to my dentist every 6 months so I was amazed that my teeth could be in such bad condition!Dr. Cindy set me up with a number of cleaning appointments since they were so dirty that one cleaning wasn't enough. She also gave me a strict oral hygiene regimen, which I followed religiously. After a year or so, my gums bounced back and I was no longer in danger of bone damage. Since then, I have bleached my teeth and had a couple of porcelain veneers put in. I now get tons of compliments on my teeth and my smile and I owe it all to Dr. Cindy! I would recommend Brookside to anyone and everyone! The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable and you are made to feel right at home whenever you visit.I doubt you could find a better dental office in the Puget Sound area!
