DeLisi's staff took me as a patient, drugged up from another dentist, claiming I "consented" because I signed a form; all I know is that, had they took me home from the bar in that state, "consent" would not have held up. I told them I had fears about IVs; they basically told me to "grow up and act like an adult" and were completely unsympathetic. After the surgery, they neglected to send the right paperwork to my insurance company. I looked into this, proactively, and was told by the office to "just wait". Now they are trying to send me to collections--this has never happened before, my credit is stellar--because my insurance company has not paid. I got them to send the correct paperwork, finally, but they won't extend the date at which I go to collections, even though the insurance company has their own protocol on how long it takes them to process things.######I have never had an insurance company be nicer and more accommodating than a practitioner. This is definitely a first.
