I paid to store items with Simonik for two years. When my possessions were delivered, I discovered that several items never left the storage facility. Although my items did not leave Simonik's facility in Bridgewater, I was instructed to file a claim with Allied Movers main office. This office wants to settle with me as if the items were part of the final shipment to my home and for far less than any possible replacement costs.

Two of the missing items were railings to an antique bed that seems to have disappeared from the warehouse, although I was told there were strict rules for inventoring items when entering and leaving storage.



In addition the Bridgewater, NJ facility personnel have not told me actions, if any, taken to locate and ship my missing items to me. Given the value of the items lost, the attitude encountered was definitely not user-friendly. I would not recommend using this facility and if one is using this storage facility that you keep constant check on items stored there.
