i will give a list of reasons you shouldnt see this dentist:



-over bills the insurance company so he gets more than supposed to and also bills you as well.



-VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

i am 27 and have nothing to do with my parents' bills even thought they have proof of payment. before my procedure he asked for $200 that "wasnt" paid and that he sent it to a collection agency. I told that i am not my parents and plus this is not my parents. he said that i should apologize for their not paying and that he would give me service unless it was paid. He started yelling at me and said he doesnt trust my parent so he cant trust me. he said all of this in front of his entire staff and other patients. he also said that my parents a rude b/c 10 years ago they hung up on him when he called. he insulted my parents and embarrassed me in front of everyone for something i did not do.



-also, he only cares about himself and money. he is the one who is rude and has no customer service skills.



-last time i went to him he hurt so bad and didnt care about the pain you are feeling.



-he booked me for a wisdom tooth extraction when i went in for a cleaning when i didnt even need it.

with business practice and privacy of patients.

needs to work on customer service. their a lot more but i will stay within the ground rules of the site
