I was told the cost was total and that a fellow named Brian Klausen, of BK construction, was the person that installed their hot tubs. Later, when he charged me $175.00 to hook up the electrical I alled Christy and she stated they did not install because they were not electricans!? That is hard to understand since he was going to connect it free the night prior but did not bring the wire with. He stated outright that Valley did pay him for connects all the time.
