I don't believe these reviews. Eli is fantastic, caring, knowledgable and good. They solved 2 transmission fluid leaks, literally saving my transmission, they fixed so many things on my 8 year old Jeep Grand that I can only tell you that Eli is a honest, hard-working man, and they did every repair fast and fair, and not a rip-off.

they are nice and do a good job, and that is what is important to me.

Ive been bringing my cars here for about 3 years or so and Ive had nothing but good experiences here. I also bring my fiances car here and her sisters car.

Excellent service! My car broke down on a Tuesday afternoon around 2PM. He saw me right away and not only fixed my issue, but also replaced my brakes, changed my oil, and inspected my car, all within a few hours. I would have never received this level of service and efficiency if I went to my usual repair man. Very impressed!

Clean shop and waiting area. Work was done in a timely fashion. They suggested other repairs without selling me on them. The people seemed nice.

I don't always feel comfortable when bringing my car to be maintenanced. I don't always think the service people listen to me, and I am not always confident in my understanding of the situation.



However, Eli at Abe's Complete Auto listened to what I was saying, asked questions to clarify, and made me feel comfortable right from the get go.



Now my car needed a lot of work, much more than I anticipated. But I never felt like I was being pushed or sold. Eli explained the problems from most critical to the least in a way that I could really understand; was upfront with me about what could wait and what couldn't. And didn't make me feel like I had to make a decision on the spot without thinking it over (or asking for a second opinion from someone who knows more about cars; my dad!).



I ended up having everything fixed that he suggested. And so far, a week later, I am very happy with the way the car runs. I have had no more problems and now have a car that is driving like new!



I'll be a long term customer of Abe's, but hopefully just for oil changes and inspection stickers for the foreseeable future!

Abe's was great! They were very helpful in showing me the couple problems that needed addressing. And the car is driving great after the service.

Eli has always been very straight forward with me, telling me what really needs to be done on the car and what can wait, does the job quickly and has always been fair with pricing. He's both knowledgeable and respectful.

I initially had a bad experience with this shop. I previously had a review documenting this experience, as well as a BBB claim. I have come to find that there is actually a fair and professional office staff (or at least one office individual named Chris that I know of) that is willing to make things right. That is exactly what he did. If you have trouble communicating with the mechanic(s), ask for Chris.

I had a very positive experience with their repair shop. I have a 1997 Honda Civic, automatic transmission, with over 300,000 miles on it. My car has been overheating the past week. When overheating, the anti-freeze would boil over, requiring that I periodically top it off every other day with coolant. After doing some research online, I concluded that the problem is an inefficient/old radiator that needs to be replaced. I found one at Autozone for $120, thinking that I would put it in myself. Driving to work one day, I almost nearly didn't make it. The car was overheating badly and required that I fix the problem ASAP.



I drove to FPM. They also diagnosed it as a radiator problem(I'm glad we agreed) and quoted me $265 to install it(parts and labor). Diagnosis and repair took a little less than 2 hrs.

Eli did a great job on my car and his pricing is good to, I come here before any other shop.

You may experience a bit of an upsell, but if you're straight with them, they'll be straight with you. Quick service and fair prices. Just ask them for as much detail as possible.

I'd recommend seeing Eli and Fresh Pond Mobil for your repairs.

I pulled over to Mobil Gas station during my evening commute for gas and to get a sticker. Abe's is their service station. They found an issue with exhaust (which was NOT fixed, and not even detected by authorized service in Lexington), they took me under my car and showed me what parts need to be replaced and gave me a fair estimate. They worked till 8pm and fixed everything.

I like this garage. I've used them for over a year now, they are always helpful and explain any problems to me. Prices are fine

Two thumbs up for Eli, Naeem, and the crew for fixing my car on a short notice. They explained what I needed to do before I gave the green light to fix the evap canister, vent and cap. Their price was reasonable and even gave me a discount after not charging for diagnostics test.



In addition, they fixed my grill and tightened one corner of the bumper for free. This was done when I came to pick up and Eli was heading out for dinner. But he rolled up his sleeves and stayed behind to fix my car.



Highly recommend Abe's to anyone near and far. These folks are honest and reliable!

I love these guys. I have been coming here for years-- they are always nice and courteous, and I never feel like I am being scammed. They listen to you, too, which can be a rarity among car repair guys! They do a good job with repairs, and will work with you if you are on a budget, to say what you need done (to pass inspection, to be safe), vs. what is OK to put off until next time. Plus, their waiting room is totally dog-friendly!
