Customer service is great very helpful and considerate.

The ladies in the office are both professional and nice. I lost my key to my lock and thought there would be a fee, but to my surprise there was no charge. Also the complex seems very secure.

Been using these facilities for more than three years. Feel blessed to have found a storage facility where my property is secure and the staff are kind and courteous.

My family has been using Security Public Storage for about 6 months. The employees are always helpful. Our storage unit was clean and is well secured. The hours are convenient.

Always on staff help! No problem with security always feel like my belongings are safe and secure. Everyone is very helpful as well.

This is the most amazing place talk about great customer service. If I was not moving out of state I would keep my tools there just cause there that great.

"Christian" is the manager. He is rude, insulting and belligerent. Be prepared to be relentlessly insulted by recording your interaction with him. I have never experienced such hostility and anger from a vendor. He said and did everything imaginable to provoke me until I realized he was really just not wanting to honor the storage agreement i paid for online, once he realized he couldn't bully me into canceling he stewed in rage leering at me. Its just the worst experience I've ever had in my life.

Very accessible facility. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. They keep the area clean too.

Overall, a good place to store your stuff. I've had storage there longer than I'd like to think & have gone thru more than a few owners/management changes. lol
Staff throughout the years has always been very friendly & accommodating. And when a couple confusing experiences have come up the past year, they have always been helpful & willing to take the time to try to clear it up.
Long distance storage can have it's trouble, but it helps a lot when the staff is doing their best to try to clarify it.
Altho I've experienced several price hikes over time, I feel their prices are still competitive.
Wish they took check payments via the phone for easier payments, but can't have everything.
My unit is more centered, so I don't worry about the heat & weather related issues as much.
And, when I was seeking out storage in that area, they were one of the few at the time, that the walls went all the way up to the top. Others had a foot or so of space, that would leave your storage 'open' to the storage on either side of you. Don't know if it's still like that w/other places out there, but SPS won major points for more 'security' w/me on that!
I would recommend this place, for short or long term storage needs.
