Facilities are great, customer service is accommodating, management is friendly. Been doing business with them for 20 years.

The positives are they have trash onsite, and it's fairly easy to get a hold of people. Negatives include lots of dust getting into my stuff because of bad seals, and an inconsistent bathroom use policy (sometimes you can use it, sometimes you can't) which affects me a lot since I live out of town.

Management is very friendly. Very accommodating to their customers. I will do business here from now on.

I love the location of the facility very close to home and the access hours are great. The attendant in the office are very helpful.

Good place to store your stuff! Stopped in after a long haul from Washington and it was easy to get to. Brett was easy going and very professional. Easy access to the main road and they also deal with uhaul so you can drop the truck off there!!

I’ve been a customer for a couple of months now and I’ve had nothing but great experiences and service. The only reason I am marking down the facility down a star is due to my door having to be maintenances my first week there. Other than that it has been smooth sailing!

I've been with this storage on and off for twenty years.. There the best . They treat there people wonderful.

I have been a customer with Security Public Storage since 2011. When I first came to storing belongings with them, the manager at the time was great. She was very friendly and helpful. After she left around the year 2015, things just weren't great anymore. I got a call from one of the office personnel in 2017, stating that I needed to come into their office to sign some parts within my application that was put in back in 2011. I showed up later that day, and was asked to initial ONE ITEM on my application. I asked her why this wasn't taken care of years ago, she didn't have an answer. In 2016, my rent for the unit I have went up 3 times within the year. The price in the beginning would only go up a few dollars, but now when they raise the rent, the price jumps up $10 or more. I think that the management of this facility has gone down considerably.

Very helpful, friendly staff, attended me right away. Units are bigger then they appear and clean. Also reasonable prices.

Great facility and hours are the best around. Service has always been great. Staff is helpful and friendly.

They are a clean site. The employees are nice and helpful. The manager lives on site and there is dog on duty at night.
