Kevin Stoddard was my tech and he did a great job explaining everything again and taking care of our specific needs. The only reason I noted 4 stars overall is because of some of the issues we had with the previous rep who just picked and chose what he wanted to do. But we like the communication and reminders we get for the services and we certainly like our rep now! :) We would recommend.

Eric Corum was my technician today. He was right on time and very personable and knowledgeable. He was good at explaining things. I will request him in the future. Thanks, Eric!

Hugo was friendly, professional and responsive to my special requests. My Aptive techs have all been great and answered all my questions, as well as given me advice. The best part is - no more bugs or pests!

Stephen Smith did a great job. He was both polite and professional. He rang my door and asked if I had any new concerns before he performed his service.

Had our initial service done by Chandler Cook. He was on time, professional, and answered all of our questions. He reassured us the safety of our pets, explained the process and our next steps. I was hesitant after reading some reviews on Yelp, but Aptive has been great to work with and I'm confident that our pest issues will be resolved. Thanks Chandler!

Overall excellent experience and service. Superior customer service and work ethic by McKay. We have been an Aptive customer for over a year and have never been disappointed. Even if you call with an emergency in between your quarterly visits, they will make it a priority to address your concerns.

We had our second visit from an Aptive this week. The work was performed by Brian Johnston and he did a great job. He was right on time with his arrival, took his time completing the treatment and explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. He even took the time to relocate a couple of toads near the house before treating the perimeter. Thank you for great service.

Today Gio Cerritos, was my Aptive representative. Before arriving, he called to give me notice as to when he would be at the house, which I very much appreciated. When he arrived, he stood away from my front door, politly introduced himself, and asked if I had any special concerns or problems, that I wanted him to attend to. I have a bug and insect problem around my front porch, which Gio paid special attention to; and going into the backyard, he said there were a lot of spider webs, and focused on those areas as well. I was also glad that he asked if I had any vegetables or fruit plants in the yard, which I do, and he was careful to avoid them. Gio did a very thorough and comprehensive job. He was also quite informative when I told him throughout the years, I have seen snakes in the backyard; and he went online and showed me snake repellent granules, that would work very well in ridding them!

The service was great .our pest technician was Yanni Roman.he was friendly and he did a great job of explaining everything. Thank you guys for your great service.

Maggie Warner provided a friendly service, took time to explain the process, and went out of way to accommodate my requests. Great job.

Garett Shaum did a great job on the first visit. He was thorough, and took his time spraying the entire exterior.

Kyra provided outstanding service and my expectations were blown away. She removed a hornets nest and wasp nest in addition to our regular quarterly service. I was impressed with her professionalism.

Lucas Dagupan serviced my house and yard. Very efficient. Answered all my questions. Got the spider webs and all. Thx!

Gregory Young was my recent service technician and did a great job. His professionalism was impressive. No one answered the door when he came, he waited and then left. I contacted him and he returned later in the day....great customer service. He was also very pleasant to speak with. Thanks Gregory.

McKay called to say he finished the previous job early and would like to come and do my introductory meeting and first service early. He was very attentive when listening to my concerns and issues about insects which might be invading our home. Luckily, we had a previous service before we cancelled and decided to go with Aptive so we weren't having many issues. I did explain that we had issues with ticks (which were our main concern since they seem to love our children), wasps, ants and spiders in the past so he did an extra wide application service to deal with those issues since we live in a heavily wooded area.

Cody Phillips was my technician. He was very polite and called me to let me know when he would be arriving. He asked if I had any particular problems and acted in a professional manner. He also used shoe covers when coming into the house, which I appreciate.

Two of the associates, Maggie and Kyra stopped by on Friday for our initial pest treatment. Both of these ladies were very professional and easy to talk to. They answered all of our questions and got to task. Am very impressed with the services Aptive provides. Everyone we have dealt with has been great. No pushy sales reps, fast, professional service.

We had a service call by Robert Rohaley. He was extremely knowledgeable about mice and how to repel them from the house. He explained everything about the service to us in easy to understand terms. We feel come our mice problem will be solved quickly.
