My company originally purchased RAM from Cedar PC on 7/28/09 for us to install in one of my customer's computer. Upon arriving to our customer's house, my business partner discovered that the packaging for the RAM was open, and the wrong product was inside. He immediately returned to Cedar PC to exchange it for the correct part. When he got there, the assistant manager, Erin Wallace proceeded to tell him that the product he returned was not the same product that was sold to him. Erin ended up calling both my business partner and I "liars" and also called the police on me for "consumer fraud." Cedar PC says on their website that they offer "UNPARALLELED COMPUTER SALES, SERVICE, AND SUPPORT TO OUR CUSTOMERS," well obviously I don't think that being called names is unparalleled service. I don't know about you, but I built my business on integrity, and I sure as heck wouldn't patronize a store that would treat their customers this way by calling them names. Do yourself a favor, find another company for your computer needs that will back you up when you need something.
