The customer service at Security Public Storage is excellent! The storage is easy to reach and I like the one way in and one way out, The facility is kept up well and clean but most importantly our storage is safe. I strongly recommend the Chula Vista, CA location!

My Mom & I have a storage unit here. We like the one way in & one way out. I have never had to wait for someone to get out of my way, It's perfect. The people in the office are all very nice. The place is always spotless.

My storage unit is great! The prices are good and the employees are really nice and friendly, they have great customer service on site and over the phone. I love that Security Public Storage is centrally located in Chula Vista and it is gated. I would recommend SPS to anyone looking for some extra space to keep their things, they have very competitive prices for good size units.

We were told the family running Security Public Storage in Chula Vista has a home inside this gated facility and it sold us. It was a relief to know if anything happens, we're not only relaying on cameras and front desk employees, that there's people there that can immediately take action. The best part is that our storage unit is very close to their living space. We like that we get a response even when we just email the facility with little wait time. We definitely see this facility as a great long term option to keep our belongings.

Security Public Storage has been so good to me . They gave me twenty five dollar discount off my storage, for the first five months. The facility in Chula Vista is close to my house, which makes it easy to come and go to my storage. Their staff there are courtesy and very professional. My experience with Security Public Storage has been exceptional. I stored my belongings here three years ago during the course of moving from home to new home and I continue to enjoy storing my belongings here. Nobody gives me a hard time here about anything and the amount of storage I get for the price is a good amount.

I'm equally satify with the distance and time. with the hours opening and closing.. also the managerment team.
