Mold Inspection & Testing was very professional and friendly. We walked around the garage (area in which I needed inspection) and he put my mind to rest.

MI&T pointed out things that weren't done properly and explained in great details how to get them fixed (so I would stay informed and not get overcharged by other services).

MI&T pointed out every detail of concern, large and small. He brought our attention to things that I think others would have skipped over.

The report was extremely specific with details about every potential issue, communication was clear, service was prompt and professional, and the price was affordable.

MI&T explained mold growth in a house the age of mine, what to look for in the future and totally put my mind at ease.

I was very impressed with everything from the scheduling process to how the actual inspection was handled. Since my inspection went very well and there were no problems my inspector spent a lot of time just walking me through the property familiarizing me with everything.
