Dear Merrell Home Improvement, please convey my gratitude and sincerest thoughts to my installer, Steve, and his two helpers for the job done in my sun room. Among the things that stood out were: their courtesy when I asked them something, no time wasted, each one working in a specific area, and working areas kept clean all the time. They have a great demeanor regarding their job. These assets added to their expertise too. Thanks and best wishes to your company and everyone at Merrell Home Improvement.

They were extremely patient with us throughout the whole process, with all our questions and plans and changes. We were given expert guidance towards the best possible result, and that's what we got!

I wasn't in town for part of the project and Merrell make sure to keep things moving along. It was easy to communicate with them when I needed to make some changes, and I knew I could trust them to make it happen without having to contact the vendors myself. They really care about making the customer happy and do what it takes to make sure of it. Results were incredible!

I really appreciate the fact that they personally came out several times to review our progress, suggest improvements to the plan and to make sure that we were totally pleased.

They did exceptional work with installing our new windows. They were very knowledgeable about their products and we would recommend them to all of our neighbors.

They were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. The gazebo they finished for us is in a great spot and makes for a nice little private quiet place on the property.

We had a screened in porch done by them and it turned out great. We love to sit outside all year now. They were pleasant to work with and I will use them again when the time comes for more improvements.

The crew is great! Even though we are not complete with our renovation that Merrell is doing for us, we have been very happy with the way that everything has been handled. From the scheduling down to the crew cleaning up after themselves, we could not be more impressed!

The work that we had done was: We had existing vinyl removed; 3/4" foam insulation installed; and the existing vinyl reinstalled. Knowing the job was mostly labor intensive and after getting two other estimates, the cost to do this job was pretty much in line. Steve's workmanship was outstanding. It looks better than ever before! Job scheduling was a two days late but we are extremely satisfied with the final product.

Will be calling them again for some more home improvements. Very good people. He took his time and made sure things were done right. Did a great kitchen remodel!
