I have been using Clear Defense for years. I always try to leave reviews because the technicians are always professional, efficient, and consistent. This time around my technician was Roshard C. I have no complaints whatsoever. He also made me aware of additional services that Clear Defense could provide. This a very reliable company, and I intend to keep using them for the foreseeable future.

We have had them for several years. They’ve always done an excellent job. We had EJ and Mike today they were exceptional, very friendly. They checked to make sure that we didn’t have any problems and I highly recommend them.

Colin did an outstanding job today. I strongly desire to have him as my permanent technician. I appreciated his performance so much that I gave him a tip. He performed an inspection and service like I had on my very first treatment with Clear Defense. He got the baseboards, soffits, and lights as he talked about. Normally, a technician would either get the patio/ balcony or just below but he got both. He even sprayed around each of my columns to ensure that bugs couldn’t climb up to the soffit. Just an overall great job by Colin. Thank you.

I recently had JP this morning he was very intuitive and knowledgeable of all my pest questions and concerns. He completed a full thorough treatment of every perimeter inside/outside of the house. He did an excellent job replacing our traps with brand new ones. He completed this task in a timely manner and is very respectful.

Seth is absolutely amazing. You can definitely tell he has a strong work ethic and takes pride in his work and customer service skills. He always make sure that we are taken care of and pest free. If you have any pest control problems, I would definitely reach out to Seth and his team to assist you. They always do a fantastic job.

Roshard was very prompt and let me know when he was due to arrive (which he did right on the dot). He was very professional, respectful and timely. I greatly appreciate his thoroughness and friendliness!

We had clear defense come back to spray inside for spiders. Roshard was our technician and he did a great job! He called 30 minutes before coming and was quick and efficient, as well as super nice. He also let us know about other options for services. We hardly ever see spiders anymore and never have any problems contacting them.

Clear Defense always takes the time to listen to our concerns and shows up when they say they will. The technician is always kind and courteous. He takes the time to explain what he has done and what he has sprayed for

Roshard Campbell did an exceptional with service delivery and professionalism. He was polite and ensured I was informed about my service and other service option.
