Very good dealership, definitely would recommend to everybody. Look for Ada Jimenez, very professional and made the process much better and easier.

During the process of selecting new vehicles we dealt with numerous dealerships. University Dodge, and Ada Jimenez in particular created a great experience. We were allowed to buy rather than being sold. As a result we drove off the lot with the two vehicles we wanted. After being lied to by another Dodge dealer, my wife and I contacted University Dodge. Our sales person was Philip Ballas and he was outstanding. Philip and the whole team at University Dodge made my purchase of a 2013 Dodge Charger RT extremely easy. This is one of the only dealerships that I have ever been to that did not pressure you or bend the truth to get me to purchase a vehicle. The selection was so great, it actually took me longer to make up my mind than to purchase the car.

You have to love the "Internet Pricing", I knew the no haggle price before I left me house.



One trip for a test drive and to talk to the truck expert (Vince), and then back next weekend to close the deal.



Vince had me all ready to rock and the whole process was just over an hour (I even had to wait 15 -20 minutes on financing as they were very busy).



University Dodge treated me right and so did my sales guy Vince.



Would I recommend them to a friend?

Excellent experience with Vince from sales. Was able to provide me with all the information i needed quickly and accurately. Financing was straight forward with no gimmicks. Left with a brand new 2013 Dodge Charger Daytona and a huge smile on my face....

The question came up who was next in line to the finance dapartment. Apparently, the sales manager wanted to push his personal sale through, he told us flat out without empathy and I quote: "There is nothing you can do. You can leave it or take it." I will not bother you with the following conversation since clearly he could care less about our business. By the way, his name is Kevin. We left. There are plenty dealers out there. I prefer to be treated with respect.
