Initially I came to see Dr. Patel for severe pain in my buttocks, legs and feet. I was also experiencing numbness in the same areas. Dr. Patel proposed fusion of L3,4 and 5. I had tried steroid shots, physical therapy and chiropractic, all produced short term or no relief. The day after surgery the pain was gone. I could not be happier with the work Dr. Patel performed.

He is a very good doctor I have been coming her for years, and his assistant Amanda is the best she is always so friendly, and very helpful

Dr. Patel could have a better bed side manner. There were times that I felt I was talked down to. Brian the PA was always awesome and has a great bed side manner.

Very good experience normally when seeing surgeons the first thing they say is surgey. I feel this is not the case with Dr Petel he gives it to you straight and provides you with options, and actually was looking out for my best interest.

I think Dr. Patel, and his P.A. Brian are excellent. They always take time to listen to my concerns, and to explain things. I feel safe and comfortable them.

He is very attentive, and answered all my question, and his orders were followed in the hospital, and very informative.

Everyone is pleasant, concerned and able to answer questions or find someone who can answer the question.

From the moment I was seen, I was taken care of. They looked at the MRI information that I was able to provide, and took action right away. Dr. Patel suggested surgery in my case, and did the surgery the very next week. The recovery time so far was everything that he told me it would be.

I really like the doctor and staff! I did have a very long wait today but that would not discourage me from seeing Dr. Patel again. I do understand things happen.

The fear and the trauma of breaking my leg was alleviated by Dr. Patel's on call presence at Oakwood. The entire staff at Oakwood was excellent. Dr. Patel and his surgical staff explained each step of the process very thoroughly. I knew what to expect post surgery.
