There is nothing more I can say than 100% satisfaction. 360Fixx are Very knowledgeable Tech, express service delivery. I have taken my phone to about two places but it couldn't be fixed. I was directed to take it to 360Fixx, which I did, my phone is now healthy and alive!... Am grateful.

This is an Excellent service, with great and friendly staff. Countless times the professional staff have fixed my bad iphone, my sister's cracked screen phone and at great price.

If not for 360Fixx my phone would have been written-off. With their professional engineers my phone was fixed within 30 minutes and at lower cost. Am so glad!

360Fixx has repaired about three of my iphones (charging port, dropped in water and broken screen). I was satisfied with the services I received.

Absolutely worst service ever had to go back 3 times.was going to take them to court but it was fixed by real professionals.only giving half a star!!!Stay away!!

I have an ipod touch that was sticking and had no luck finding someone reputable to service it. My sister 'n' law who lives in North Georgia told me about 360Fixx.

They fixed it fairly promptly and didn't charge me an astronomical price to fix it.

a friend had their ipan repair and it looked as good as new, i ask who repair it? she said 360fixx,so i took my ipan and got the screen replace in one day and it looks good for less than the other shops charge.

my Iphone 5c need a screen and i look up iPhone repair and found 360fixx in Decatur. for 69 dollars, their fix it. and i sold my old phone for great price. now my iphone it's look great and works find. thank 360fixx your're the best.

I had to write a review because I had almost not visited this establishment because of a bad review that I had read online. I went because my husband said his co-workers had their phones repaired without any problem. I had dropped 2 LG G3 phones within a month and was very frustrated and didn't want to pay the high cost of fixing them. Kirk (the owner) listened to my woes, gave me alternatives and worked with me while I decided what I wanted to do without rushing me on making a decision. I will send all my friends there and I am thrilled that I visited his establishment.

These guys are very professional and really know their stuff. I thought my phone was totally ruined after it slipped out of my hand and tumbled down 2 flights of steps. I never backed up my phone so I thought everything was lost. They were able to repair my screen, camera and speaker within an hour.
