I never bought a car on my own and chris and larry made sure it happened today. this dealership is awesome. will recommend people to come buy a car from auto maxx.

welp I came on the lot today with no hope of buying a car but was help right away from chris and again he was very nice and the staff was awesome lots of paper work but it was a fun ride ^^

everyone at automaxx was very nice. I am please with my vehicle. Chris was awesome to work with, he followed up with me and made me not want to purchase a vehicle anywhere else. everyone was very pleasant. I am 100% satisfied and plan on dealing with them in the future. Larry was also great and very knowledgeable, overall great customer service.

I traded in my truck to buy vehicles for my two oldest children. Larry and Chris spent a lot of time with us. We test drove multiple vehicles and were not pressured to pick on over any other. There was not a lot of negotiating because Larry gave me fair pricing off the bat including a fair amount for my trade-in. Overall, it was a positive buying experience and my children are thrilled with their "new-to-them" cars.

The sales staff here at Auto Maxx is extremely knowledgeable in the entire car buying experience. Chris was very pleasant and kind. A true man of his word. The staff was attentive to all aspects of the process. This is a company that believes in being honest up front which is the only way to do business. The company backs up their word by automatically providing a Car Fax report to back up their claims and they do each and every time. This was the best experience that I have had in a car dealership. Purchasing my automobile from AutoMaxx was a very positive experience. I can't say enough good about the entire staff who worked with me during the buying experience - from my first contact to follow up. The staff is positive, professional, and personable. Their interaction with me gave me a good sense of their trustworthiness, dependability and conscientiousness about their business and customer satisfaction. The owners were in timely, regular communication with me through phone and email, the salesperson was personable, dependable and familiarized himself thoroughly with the details of the operation of the vehicle and went over them in depth at time of delivery. This was the most positive buying experience that I have ever had.

Since initial conversation with Ralph, the owner, and his entire staff, the experience with Larry, Vanessa, Helen, Ralph and Christa has been one of sincerity, transparency and fantastic assistance with my long-distance purchase of a classic convertible. Everyone represented the vehicle as being "original", were open and transparent about it's history, validated by CarFax and other Buick Club records, its' necessary repairs and any other flaws the vehicle experienced. All of the mechanical & driving issues were reviewed, repairs made if needed and the test drive validated the work and and condition of the vehicle. I have been dealing with the staff at auto maxx for the last 17 years. During this period I bougth my 2 daugthers their 1st cars from auto maxx and my son's 1st car. The vecihles have been dependable. If there was a service issue the dealership was quick to respond: always in a satisfactory manner. All three vehicles after lasted over 5 years with no major problems. My wife and myseld have also bougth 2 cars. They tell you what they will do for you and they keep their promises. As long as they are in bussiness we will continue to purchase our vehicles from them and continue to refer our family and friends to do the same.
