needed a mattress that was firm, I have had back problems for years. Found Mattress Firm to be inexpensive and great payment plans. Customer service Debbie Hayes is awesome to work with and she can assist you with all your concerns and needs. Will be doing business with Mattress Firm again in the future. :-)

I love payment plans and these guys let you do it in places youd think otherwise. I've been a repeat customer twice now and I dont plan on stopping. I've been able to purchase two phones I never thought possible with my phone provider as they dont have fixed payments themselves. progressive leasing has opened a door to do just that however and it's been serving me very well ever since they've teamed up with my provider.

So happy for the quick service.So impressed with my Samsung washer and dryer.I didn't want a second hand appliance.I went to Best buy and they helped me in minutes.The agent hooked me up with progressive.Just like that the price was cool for me.I will recommend progressive to others.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was sleeping on an air mattress that deflated every hour at night so I went into Mattress Firm. I described what I needed and she showed me the perfect mattress. Signing up was easy and delivery was great. They posted delivery details and it was exactly on time. Progressive has been very cooperative and helpful during the time I needed it most. My experience was very good! It was clear from the beginning that there are three month to buy without interest. They also allow date changing to accomodate the customer, assuring that you're able to make the agreed upon payments. Now, that's just a bit about business, but it's the manner in which you're treated during these discussions is why I am writing this review. Intent, warmth or lack of, are easily recognized over a phone. I have always felt respected and treated with appreciation from the customer service agents. Particularly, Christi, a young lady who is kind, patient, listens well and seeks to make each customer experience "The Best". Understanding policy is one thing, but delivery is everything! We all know or can relate to these words," you May not remember exactly what was said, but you will remember how you're made to feel". Others were great in how they spoke with me also, but Christi's true heart was in both conversations that she had with me. I was impressed with her kind demeanor. Yes, I called and asked questions to assure I understood all expectations! Not once did anyone treat me as an unappreciated client, but as someone they started out wanting to help and would help throughout my three month experience, and they did! If you want a good deal, wait until you know that within 3 months you can keep your word and commitment to Progressive, but equally as important, to yourself. This is my second time using Progressive Leasing and their service is excellent in every way, service & approval is simple as well as fast. By paying off within the 90 days you only pay the initial setup fee. I will definitely use them again.

I enjoyed this business...usually when u go in. A store an purchase something they follow u.....but here they didn't they just stated that if I need. Any help I'm here ...that's. How it supposed to happen....

Quick approval. Smooth payment change with their customer service. Every element of the lease agreement is clearly spelled out. I didn't feel like there were any hidden obstacles, no small type to come back to haunt me.

I just started with them but I'm pleased with the service so far. I'm not sure I like that u have to do a new application after 70 days or what ever they give u. I think that will not be good for ur credit report everytime they run it. I hope they will update it so that it goes for ever or at least 1 yr. I would recommend them to friends & family.
