Good Follow up Great Rates...Would recommend

I wanted to get my credit reestablished after some past mishaps. My research showed that auto financing was the fast way to improve credit. I saw Walters ads for easy financing. I got a call from Zack after submitting information on cars.com and he walked me through a pretty simple qualifying process and I scheduled an appointment. I arrived at my appointment a few minutes early and met with Brian who got right into the finance approval process. After about 25 minutes or so I was approved and they showed me a couple of vehicles that work for my down payment options. I ended up with a nice truck and got approved on their stair step program to reestablish my credit quickly, which was the main reason I wanted to finance anyways. I opted not for the extended warranty as they have a cool program called their "Service Special", for any customers who purchase a vehicle from them, where I can get work done to my vehicle at cost for parts and labor. I think there labor rate at cost was $35 and I know the last time I had work on my other vehicle the labor rate was above $100 at that shop. I have never heard of any dealer doing a program like this and I think its a great idea and benefit to me. I look at it as why buy a warranty I may not use when I can use this discounted service special if/when needed. Overall it was a good experience and I'm looking forward to accelerating my credit with on time payments. Thank you Zack, Brian and Walters!

Easy financing and my down payment was lowertthan expected. Ended up with a nicely equipped car, really wanted a truck but my credit isn't there yet. Walters is working with me to rebuild it so I can trade in a bit down the road. Happy I got approved and didn't have to put down all my money. I will be back for a truck soon!

I myself has already purchased 2 vehicles from Walters.......a truck with only one owner and a car that's only 2 years old and one owner plus my neighbor bought a suv

I told the sale's people exactly what I needed and what I was going to use the truck for. They had me test drive a few truck's but I didn't like them. Then they had one brought over and I'm driving it today. Very respectful and prompt sale's staff. I am very pleased with my truck

We Were looking for a older passenger van. Walters had a large selection of passenger Vans. We had never heard of the dealership and found them on cars.com. We took a little drive and traded our old van in. After a few hours, got approved for a newer one. Friendly people and a hometown feel. Thanks Guys

I had a great experience with Walters Auto. I have read the reviews and must say I am a little confused. We spent a little under (2) hours at the small brick building, lol. The sales staff was professional and treated our entire family with respect. Great job Walters Auto.

The staff at Walter's Used Car & Truck SuperStore in Goshen were great to work with. I had been looking for a newer Suburban with low miles, leather, TV, etc. for months and could not find anything that I liked. Walter's was able to find exactly what I was looking for within a day or two and gave me great trade-in value for my previous SUV. They really go above & beyond to satisfy their customers!

Flawless process. Quick in and out. Great guys to deal with. I've had my vehicle a week and perfect!

I visited Walter's simply browsing the lot for a new truck, I found and F-150 that was in great shape and had everything I was looking for. After test driving, filling out the paperwork, etc. I was driving off of the lot in my new truck within and hour or so. They had great financing options, too. Lower APR than my personal bank.

Good place to find reliable cars at a decent Price. I didn't have very good credit and the got me a Loan. With free oil changes I will be back for the MRS in a few Years Thanks guys.

Called on a 15 Passenger van that was listed on their website that on had 24,000 miles.



Their website claimed the previous owner had regularly taken it to the dealer every 3,000 miles for service. Also, the website claimed that Walters had performed a 43 point inspection. I called and talked to Sam, the sales person, to verify these claims and he even told me that he knew the previous owner and knew it had been well taken care of. I wanted reassurance from Sam that this was accurately advertised because I was going to drive from 3.5 hours away. He assured me that they are used to long distance customers due to their internet sales that is why they make sure the vehicle is in good shape with their 43 point inspection and he himself has driven this van.



The next day I make the long drive to see this van. I took it for a drive and the cruise control did not work. Then I crawled under the van to look at the brakes and they are almost gone. Then I checked the engine oil and THE OIL LEVEL DID NOT SHOW ON THE DIPSTICK! Since the oil level was so low that it could not be measured, I did not believe the van was serviced like Sam claimed it had been. As an ASE Master Technician, I have only seen this occur on low mileage vehicles when the owner has not changed the oil in over 10,000 miles.



I was shocked that Walters Auto did not perform an inspection like they said and they did not even bother to check the oil!!! I was deceived by their false claims which cost me an entire day of my time, unnecessary wear on my car, and $50 in gas.



When I showed them this THERE WAS NOT ANY CONCERN FOR THEIR FALSE CLAIMS AND MY WASTED TIME. This is my first and last experience with Walters Auto.

Its funny how people on review if they have problems. We have bought several cars from Walters and Never had any issues. They also do all the service to our cars. Great Group of People. Thanks Guys
