We have rented a 26' RV for 15 days with Five Star. It was our 9th time that we rented an RV (5 times in Australia, twice in Canada, and once in the USA and once in New Zealand). Overall, our experience has been excellent, and certainly the best in all our RV rental history. The key to success was the personal contact we had with Jack Burnside, who helped out with our questions per email. We had no surprises and all costs and details were as explained and expected. I would certainly recommend this RV rental site to others.

Rented a new Fourwinds 26' Class C for the weekend. Jack, the agent, was very thorough and detailed in the explanation of the costs and expectations. The unit was new so of course everything worked great.

Justin, the service manager, is both professional and fair in all ways.

Throughout our years owning an RV, Five Star was a reliable resource and friend.

There is great communication throughout the process and we always get follow ups to make sure our experience was a good one. We will be back.

We had a number of questions and we felt comfortable when we drove the RV off the lot.

5 Star RV Center turned out to be exactly that..... 5*
Trip was spectacular no glitches or issues for the entire trip and Jasper, Lake Louise, Lake Moraine, Banff, and Sandpoint were an RVers dream! When we brought the rig back it was quick and thorough once again. Since we "babied" the unit like it was our own we didn't do any damage to the nicely appointed Jayco.
Still...... Would I do it again...... Hell yes'm! Would I do it with 5* RV Center.... Hell yes..... Thanks again Jack I appreciate all your help and patience!

The vacation and experience was fantastic and the RV performed as it should: without issue. We purchased the VIP Gold package just so we would not need to clean/sanitize it upon return.

We have been looking for a 5th wheel for a long time, when we walked into 5 star RV we found a great selection of used rvs. The salesman really knew his stuff and helped us for a couple of hours without pressure. 5 Star is where we will buy.

I had a good experience with these guys getting service done one one of our shop vehicles. Nobody in Seattle would take our oversized van in for a wash, and it was starting to look like a giant Chia pet with the green moss growing on top. Five star was no nonsense and took me right in.

The RV worked as planned.

The price was very, very fair. I will be using them whenever my Class A rig needs some TLC.

We had a great trip and experience with 5 Star, I'd recommend them, especially to those who are new to RV's as we were.
