Corey is a pleasant and capable service tech.

We’ve used Clear Defense for almost 2 yrs now. Excellent customer service. Excellent communication. Their overall response time is well under 10 mins. Their emergency response is well under 5 mins. Definitely confidence inspiring that they are their to truly help you. All technicians are very polite, friendly, but professional. Andre Wilkes was our technician today. He recapped notes taken during previous visits and followed up to make sure that we did t have same issues. He was very thorough and address the uptick in presence of spiders/webs/small ants. Also, he was on the earlier side of the 1-3pm window that the main office had given me. Excellent all around!

Trey was on time, courteous & professional. Announced arrival, departure & made certain any concerns were addressed.

A representative of ClearDefense Pest Control of Fairfax was in my neighborhood a few days ago, and I'm glad they dropped by. I've had many frustrations with my former pest control company, who wasn't very transparent and the pest control services did not last throughout the quarter. The rep who sold me on ClearDefense was very knowledgeable, not only in the what and why of the company, but the methodology behind the service and how ClearDefense compares to competitors.

My initial service appointment was provided by De'Shaun, who made made me confident in the quality of service and expertise ClearDefense will provide my home in the future. Not only was De'Shaun knowledgeable about ClearDefense's service and methodology, he was very respectful of my home, he explained everything he was doing without assuming I had any prior knowledge, and provided clear and concise details about what I should look out for between my initial appointment and my follow-up. I am looking forward to De'Shaun's expert customer service, and to a bug free home in the near future!
