Provided by YP.comCrystal Windows and Precious Windows (our Crystal referred installer) really helped me out. They were able to get me inexpensive, quality windows for replacement in a jiffy. It wasn't a huge job, only like 5 windows, yet they treated me very well.

My mom doesn't exactly speak English and I was at work, yet they made her feel comfortable and reassured that they would get the job done. It was a simple repair, but their professionalism is definitely something I have to applaud. My mother told me good things & asked me to write this review. Bought a new door and its glass shattered in cold weather. Company does not want to honor its warranty. Now have to go to court to fight with them.

Provided by YP.comReally great company! I have recently replaced some windows with some Crystal Windows into a customer's home (just started a small contracting/handyman business) and I have to say, that working with Crystal will definitely increase my sales and business.
They provided excellent customer service, their prices were competitive, and their lead time was unbelievable. They aren't just about turning a profit, they really do care about the little guys and me. They even had a CSR follow up and call me after the delivery and everything. I like how they actually were concerned with my satisfaction and I even got a free T-shirt!

Provided by YP.comWe are sorry to hear that this customer’s experience was less than enjoyable. On the day of appointment, our Technicians were held up in a previous appointment involving an elderly homeowner. Our Service Department is trained for our customers’ utmost satisfaction and our Service Representative apologized profusely over the phone and offered her our earliest rescheduled appointment possible. During the appointment, It was discovered that the windows were not manufactured by Crystal. As sign of good faith and the fact that we know many of our lives had been disrupted due to Superstorm Sandy, we offered to compensate for the delay by performing repair works at free-of-charge, although the homeowner eventually chose to claim through insurance. The repair work was rescheduled and completed promptly.
We will always try to correct any wrongs that our customers might have, to our utmost abilities.
As many families are in the process of rebuilding and recovery, Crystal Window cares. We have been running a Hurricane Discount campaign for families affected by Sandy. Our factory service team has been working around the clock helping Hurricane Sandy victims restoring their lives, one window at a time.

Provided by YP.comI just experienced the worst customer service ever from Crystal Windows this afternoon. Had a scheduled technician appt to measure and assess window frame damage to one of my rental properties. Explained when I made the appt that I did not live there and would need to travel 40 minutes. Appt was for 2-3pm, when they called to confirm they changed the time to 12-2pm.
I waited till 1:45pm to call and see if the technician was going to make the appt, they said he was held up and that I should wait til 3pm, at 3 pm they continued to say he was delayed and asked me to continue waiting or reschedule, I stated I have been waiting for 3 hours in my car and traveled 40 minutes (gas shortage due to Sandy) but they just said I could wait longer or reshedule. They could not guarantee if technician would even make it to my house at that point!!!!!! This was extremely frustrating and would never recommend this company to anyone. They obviously do not honor scheduled appointments, of course they kept offering to let me reschedule !!!

Provided by YP.comI am a homeowner out of Long Island. These last couple of weeks has been a nightmare for me. No power, flooding, damages from trees and flying debris, the works. Only recently have we began the recovery of normal life.
Having a broken window and no power during Sandy & her aftermath would have been extremely dangerous to our health, especially with my toddler around. ConEd was taking too long to respond to the power, so I decided to call Crystal Windows. I was surprised that they had picked up and were extremely helpful and understanding. They had someone our right away to come and take a look at my window and had it repaired.
Thank goodness that they did, because that night it was extremely cold. I felt reassurance and hope from Crystal s actions. They helped me through this catastrophe and gave me that push into recovery that I needed. Thank you Crystal Windows, and thank you to your caring employees!

Provided by YP.comRecently moved into a new apartment with my fiance & we were having a few problems with our old windows. We have heard of Crystal from a friend & decided to contact them via phone/email. They were very nice, and even recommended a certified installer in our area to come install them. They are a lovely shade of dark green to match my furniture. Goes to show that even the little guy counts for them. Five stars all the way.

Provided by YP.comCrystal Windows was able to get the windows we needed to recover from a small fire in one of our rental units. The fire department broke more windows than the fire caused damage. They worked with out slow insurance company to get the windows quickly without delay to get our units back in service for rental income.
The double locks and easy to clean units are very nice but the service you get from this local & family owned company shines over large companies.
Getting it done when you needed it yesterday.

Provided by YP.comTwo months ago I replaced all my windows with Crystal windows. When I was doing window shopping I called up five window replacement companies and most of them quoted me crystal windows. I did some researches at their factory showroom and really liked the windows. The house felt much cooler after replacing the windows. I was also told that in the winter they will help to keep the house warmer! Very happy with my purchase!

Provided by YP.comI had all my windows except the front Bay Windows replaces with Crystal Windows and made the worse mistakes ever.
I discovered this winter that they all leak cold air into the house. I called Crystal Windows and they sent a technician to inspected it. The technican claims is installation problem while I found out that the measurement of some of the panel of the double hang windows were not the same on top and bottom. The seal on the windows are thin and bad qualtiy.
I had the Anderson Bay Windows in front for over 10 years and were installed by the same people and never had a single problem except the handle replace one time which cost me $5. You pay what you get and I think I will not buy or recommend Crystal Window products ever again.
