The first time I met Dr. Flaharty at a presentation he gave our country club, I knew he would be my plastic surgeon. Not only was his power-point presentation informative and professionally put together, his demeanor was that of a knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring physician. His credentials are impeccable - trained as an oculo-ophthamologist and performing only facial rejuvenation. After attending two outstanding open houses at Azul's Fort Myers and Bonita Springs offices, I scheduled a free consultation. Dr. Flaharty spent time with me, was a good listener and offered several options. The professional staff was extremely knowledgeable and caring as well. What was most impressive was that approximately one week prior to surgery, Dr. Flaharty spent another hour of his time, along with one of his nurses, to thoroughly review the surgical procedure, what he was going to do, and what I would have to do during recovery. After the two separate facial surgeries I received, Dr. Flaharty himself telephoned me at home each time to see how I was recovering, reviewed the regiment I had to follow, and allowed sufficient time for questions and comments. I was able to return to the office at any time if I had concerns about my progress or did not fully understand how to apply any of the ointments or compresses. Quite a class-A act. I am extremely pleased with my results and feel like a newly, refreshed female!

Dr. Flaherty performed facial and neck plastic surgery on me about two months ago. I am extremely pleased with the result as he retained the basic contour of my face making me look as I looked about 15 years ago, only better.

I would highly recommend this dr and office for any procedure you may be considering.

The preparation and followup were excellent! The personal phone calls by the Dr. helped with the post op recovery. My physicians say that "I don't look like I had a face lift because it looks so natural" No one else really knows. They just look at me and say I look well rested and healthy.

we discussed what i wanted to achieve. a thorough explanation was given to me as to what to expect throughout the entire procedure. the office staff was very attentive in answering all my questions and addressing any concerns the surgical facility and staff was outstanding. every person i came in contact with made me feel very comfortable in what i was doing. the results exceeded my expectations in every way. my husband was very impressed with the entire process as well as he was involved in almost every step. the follow up visits and questions were addressed to my full satisfactions. the experience was such that i would do it again when/if the time arrives.
