Came in anxious, put at ease quickly. Grateful.

Dr. O’Neill was good but his nurses and assistants were the real stars who were so sweet and made sure I was ok. A few bits of feedback. Put directions on your web site and a big sign at the entrance where you turn right.Don’t wait until after a procedure to give prescriptions, discharge instructions etc. I was in terrible pain and not thinking clearly. Mad I had to get scripts, soft cold food, try to schedule f/u and understand d/c instructions while bleeding, Terrible service/planning.

Great personnel. Very warm and friendly. They make you feel important, not just another patient. Very good dentist. Very supportive staff during the surgery. I highly recommend them.

Dr. O’Neill was great at explaining the procedure and answering any questions I had. All of his nursing staff were very kind and helpful. My only complaint would be, when my son was in recovery, and per his request, we were recording his conversation with us, and we were told we could not do that due to HIPA laws. I know of other places where they are totally fine with recording, and know that kids like this part of getting their wisdom teeth removed.

I usually don't like going to the dentist, just like most everyone. However, the doctors and nurses here made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They always made sure I knew what was going on and would always check to see if I had any questions. They let me know what I needed to do to make sure my teeth stayed in good condition and tried to get me out relatively quickly. They have a wonderful staff and did really well.
