Our Roto Rooter Plumber was the best. He answered all of our questions and was very informative about what the problems were we are having and gave us great information and details on how they need to be fixed.

I called Roto-Rooter on June 1st, 2011. I found him to be very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. He was courteous and polite and I would definitely use them again.

They were able to come within an hour for a non-emergency; the service tech was friendly and knowledgeable; seemed a bit expensive considering we had to agree to a price before it was known what was needed, but overall satisfied with the service.

Roto-Rooters They do great jobs they fix my house and everything works like new now. The guy came and i show him were is the problem and he started working like a profesional i think the problem the i had in house is was goin to take a long time. Well i was wrong he did not take the long the job is perfect this guys they realy konw what to do.

The plumber that came to my house was professional & courteous. He did the root clean out quickly & I felt better knowing that he was using the latest video technology to look at my pipes & assure me that they were not broaken.

He also advised me on something I could easily do myself cheaply (knowing I'm looking to save money) and didn't charge me for that advise.

The only complaint I would mention was that if I didn't already have to get my carpets cleaned then I would now, because when he wheeled his devise down the stairs he didn't lay anything down to protect them. But if you were prepared for that & laid something over the carpet, then it wouldn't be a problem.

Roto-Rooter was quick to respond to our issue. The employee was friendly, explained what was going to do, what the problem was, and how to prevent it from happening in the future. After finished he explained their 6 month guarantee on the work they had done that day. Would definately go back to Roto-Rooter.

On Monday morning we decided to make a call to Roto-Rooter. They immediately recognized that we were repeat customers and called our household by name. I loved that about them. This made us feel more on a personal note than just the average customer. There were two technicians who showed up for the job. They found the problem and made sure that the line was free of defects. They even offered solutions for how to deal with the problem int he future.



The technicians were clean, friendly and very professional. Roto-Rooter did an excellent job!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers; 3/19/11: The technician arrived on time, explained the charges and what he would be doing to determine the problem. He went straight to work, determined the problem and cleared the toilet clog in about an hour. He showed me what the problem was and told me what may need to be done if the problem persisted.



The charge for the service was fair and competitive. Tecnician was professional and courteous and explained things very well.

Called them on a Sunday when I couldn't even reach anyone else. My late-night Saturday DIY water heater install had gone badly and we had no water service. They were here in less than 90 minutes and had our service restored in no time. The technician, Rob, was courteous and professional and gave us some helpful advice for maintenance. He was gracious enough to avoid any commentary on my dumb mistakes and even gave me some tips for avoiding the same problems again. Best advice- call Roto-Rooter first! Even with the extra charge for weekend call-out, the install cost just a little more than the "big box" store would have charged- if I wanted to go without water for a week!

I called at 7:30 and they were here at 8:30! Other plumbers were going to be here between 1:00 and 3:00!

This guy was very nice. He helped my mother out and was very helpful in explaining things and the reason why the plumbing was having issues. The cost was less than what the lady quoted my mother over the phone. And the service was most excellent. Recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs. :) Very happy with them.

-- Using Roto Rooter was well worth the money spent.. All the people from Elizabeth taking the order to Dax doing the work made a very messy problem easy to deal with.. I will definitely use them again when a problem comes up..

Very fast and friendly service. The service tech (Dax) was very good. My 2 year old son wanted to help and was kind of in his way, but Dax was very patient and even told him "thanks for the help."

This is the second time I have used Roto-Rooter. If I would have listened to them a year ago, I wouldn't have had to call them again. The are the best with reasonable prices and if I have any problems within the next 6 months, they will come back out to fix it. Fast service! Thanks

We called late on Sunday night. The tech. came out within 45min. and was here for at least 1.5 hrs. He could not get it cleared with the equipment he had but said he would be back in the morning. When he returned the next day his equipment frozen up and broke when he tried to use it. He then went back to his office and returned with some more equipment and got the job done. He did a good job and I would recommend their service.

Called for a clogged/slow drain in my kitchen and the tech got here within 20 minutes and fixed the problem in about 15. $150 seemed a little steep for how long he was here and the ease of the job, but I don't call a plumber often so it may be on par with the competition.



The tech was very friendly - literally whistling while he worked! - and was very helpful with the drain but also, when I asked him his opinion on tankless water heaters, he gave me quite a bit of info and took a look at the area in my garage to see how feasible it would be.



But for the price, this is 5-stars. Definitely recommend!

I was very pleased with the work performed. They were timely in spite of bad weather and finished the work over 10% below the estimate that they had given. That was a pleasant surprise. I would certainly use them again.

We have lived in our house for almost 10 years. After the first year we started having the occasional back up in our laundry room. My husband always tried "fixing" it himself, but it wasn't worth the stress, hassle and smell of store bought chemicals to clear what we thought was a clogged drain. Roto-Rooter came in and used a camera to determine what exactly our problem was. We had 2 issues, one a clogged drain and two, bent drain pipes leading out of our house. Probably from a construction worker walking on concrete before it set. Wish i would have called Roto-Rooter a long time ago...when my house was still under the builders warrenty. At least now i nkow what our problem is, how i can prevent back ups and the peace of mind that if it happens again i can call Roto-Rooter.. They were fast, courteous, professional, and EXTREMELY knowledgable, not to mention affordable. I highly recommend calling them!!!
