HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IMMORAL BUSINESS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.



Everyone you speak with is extremely rude and lies about the most important part: the pickup date and delivery date. They make promises to get you to put down a deposit and then change everything close to the move date.



My account representative made all these promises to me (most of all on delivery date) and when I called in ahead of my move, he was nowhere to be found and no one in the company would admit that he was no longer there. Then they all told me they had never heard of the delivery dates he promised. On top of that, they tried to raise my moving price by over $1,000 just a few days before pick up.



I have had people in the office hang up and yell at me when asked the tough questions. They expect their customers to just listen to what they say and believe them. You can find better service, prices and business people with integrity who can stick to their promise elsewhere. BUT NOT HERE. DO NOT USE Binding Price Moving. I immediately cancelled with them and went with New York Moving Service. They were better priced AND delivered my items on time and with no damages.



Go to Yelp and read the 30 reviews that are currently pending. You will see what true customers think and not be exposed to the many duplicate fake positive reviews. I am glad I did not go with Binding Price Moving and subject my furniture to damages. Not to mention that it definitely raises your blood pressure to talk to all the rude employees at the company on a constant basis and have to follow up with them as none of them stick to their word.

This company was amazing. The price was right, the service was impeccable. I had to change the date, get boxes delivered at the last minute, and there was never a problem. The office staff was always extremely courteous, the guys that actually moved me were incredible. They maximized their time, helped me get the last minute things done, all while being incredibly nice.

My wife and I used this company in March to move from NY to SC. The price changed despite being 'guaranteed binding' after the goods were loaded. The delivery was at the end of the 3 day window arriving at 7pm in the evening, so they were still delivering in the early hours of the morning. Had we moved ourselves we would have expected this, however, employing 'professionals' we did expect the move to be within reasonable hours. On delivery we found everything we packed ourselves had no damage and the items we asked to be packed were the ones that arrived scuffed and damaged. A chest that was badly damaged was put against a wall so the damage was not apparent when the delivery guys were there. I would have had more respect for them if they had pointed it out instead of trying to hide it. They put our slat bed together and it collapsed when we moved it into position.

When negotiating for a settlement it was a run around. The offer was so insulting with the condition we would not be able to comment on any sites. We turned it down so we could post reviews to warn others about this company. The only good thing about this company is the guy who answers the phone, Herbert. Very professional and really did try but at the end of the day he is just the guy who answers the phone and has no power. Very disappointing experience. If you value your possessions then please do not consider using this Binding Price.

Just before their scheduled time they told me I would have to pay $2000 extra. to keep the same price they quoted they said they would have to come ONE WEEK later. seriously?!? if you are preparing for a move do you have an extra week to wait around after packing up your life in boxes? Binding Price Moving is sketchy and UNPROFESSIONAL! some of the comments here seem to be duplicates...so take that into consideration.
