I'm glad I chose this place to secure all my things. Staff are ALWAYS very polite, and helpful. 5 stars all around!!

Since the moment I called to the customer service in person everything was great i looked at the reviews and they have the best in Fresno,they helped me with all my questions and when I got to the storage in person they had great customer service and helped with a step by step process I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

I've been a customer for a little over a couple months now and let me tell you this place is secluded, it's rodent free, has multiple floors and security is off the grid and the staff is amazingly friendly, especially STAR. TO THE MOMENT I WALKED IN TO THE MONENT I WALKED OUT, EVERY SINGLE TIME I WENTSUPER HELPFUL. I was even late and almost the whole month because I forgot I had to pay and I thought was gonna be a grip, nope it was still manageable. I recommend this place to anyone!! STAR I GIVE YOU 1,000,000 THUMBS UP. ALSO TO THE OWNER. SHE DESERVES A RAISE.. THANK YOU!!

Staff was friendly and very helpful from the start. Called before and staff answered all my questions before even showing up at the storage. Will defenetly reccomend. Made us feel right at home!!

This is yet the most respectful loving caring and understanding storage place in Fresno so far for me. They have good customer service very professional very understanding very clean and very safe place to storage your things.. 🙂

I have had a unit at this facility since 2018. In this time they have always been professional and have taken excellent care of my unit. The grounds are always clean and monitored. If you use this site you won't be sorry.
