Recently bought a car and had great service! Found the car i wanted at a great price and they made it hassle free. Great customer service and it was probably the most honest dealership ever.

I can only base my rating on my experience. Found an awesome deal on cars.com, and went straight to this dealership. They were nothing but amazing with me and my wife. When i got there i noticed a big scratch and a small dent, they fixed everything for no charge. He knew i waited for a few days for this to be done, so he added a middle counsel that wasnt included in my model Honda Odyssey. He explained everything thoroughly and the transaction went as fast as possible....so far the van is doing awesome no complaints. They were awesome with the best prices.

I spent my whole weekend looking at Toyota Camry. Only to be lied to or led astray. Everything I discussed over the phone with and saw on their website was exactly as described. I met with Ian to try out the car. Ian was not pushy and at no point was I feeling like he was trying to mask anything. I asked to trade-in my Pontiac G8 and they matched my Carmax appraisal and on top of that they financed for 3% Interest. Could not be happier.

This dealership has a great selection of pre owned vehicles. Worked with David the sales manager and couldn't have asked for more of an experienced person to work with! He explained the entire financing process and we filled out an application and had me pre approval within no time! He even beat my credit unions rate. Thanks David love my new civic coupe!

got a pretty good deal for a first time buyer & just having a year of credit. I was working with Andrew, real chill dude, ask for him if you're visiting the lot! He understood what I wanted & wasn't pitching cars that weren't in my interest, and best of all he wasn't pushy yet still cared to make a sale in the sense he wanted me to leave with a car I'm satisfied with. He made sure the car was nice & detailed when I went back to drop it off, and took care of the gas. Real cool dude.

I've had nothing but good experiences every time I come to buy or sell my vehicles. The prices are reasonable and the Sales are really knowledgeable about the vehicles and products they are selling.

The place is legit. I've seen the reviews prior to visiting the dealership, but noticed it was people not knowing what is going on. I was car shopping for a while and research everything I could about understanding car sales & understanding a car purchase. So I ignored all the bad reviews & decided to buy a car from here.I strongly recommend checking out this place & speaking with Andrew!

I had been looking for this exact vehicle for weeks when I found these guys on. They had the exact model and year I was looking for priced around 3500 below KBB price! Christian was great. Very straight forward and professional. Helped with our 'not so perfect' credit finding the best rate he could. I recommend.. Thanks guys, she loves her new truck!

I think this will be the first 5 star review for this dealership so here goes! Came here with a car in mind and wanted a test drive it before I proceeded with any(which there weren't) negotiations. I took it for a drive and felt a lot better about it than most other cars. Felt natural and the pedals weren't too touchy. I worked with Jacob and he was very informative and was really trying to help me out without being pushy and it was very much appreciated. I didn't have enough for a down payment for the out the door price and he even suggested a deposit so they could hold the car for me till I had the rest! It was very cool of him to offer. In the end I didn't go with the deposit, but told him I'd save the money and when I got it I'd give him a call. He was very understanding about the whole thing. Definitely coming back here and if they still have the car I wanted when I have the money then it's meant to be. Over all excellent customer service!

I have to admit I had my doubts about purchasing a vehicle from a smaller used card lot with a 2 star rating on yelp... However, Christian and Ian has surpassed my expectations! The negative comments on this page don't do justice for this dealership. I waited to write this review so I can put couple thousand miles on my vehicle and know everything's all good and guess what.... IT IS. I LOVE MY CAR! RUNS GREAT, GOT A GREAT DEAL, GREAT FINANCING, GREAT RATE, AND FOREMOST, GREAT SERVICE! Totally took my by surprise. I would 100% recommend everyone to go to this dealership specifically and see either Christian or Ian for their next car. Thanks again

My old car broke down on me and I needed something new, I went to a few different dealerships and was very disappointed with the service I was given. Finally I found OC Auto Exchange where they had 3 of my top choices, I was lucky enough to be helped by a young man named Andrew and he was very knowledgeable and respectful to me and my friends I brought with. It was night and day the difference is service I was provided and even weeks later when I call with questions he gets right back to me. Now I cannot speak about the other staff, but do yourself a favor if you stop in at OC Auto Exchange make sure to ask for Andrew he will treat you with respect and get you the deal you deserve!

Everyone has their good and bad experiences at any dealership, that's life in America. I have a busy schedule with work and kids and decided to look online for my car. After finding what I wanted, I called them up got pre approved with a payment I was comfortable with. The day I was ready, I drove after work with my son, Ivan had the car ready for me, we test drove it, inspected it and I was pleased. I traded in my truck, sat down to sign my paperwork and that was it. David was nice and pleasant very professional, but Ivan took care of me like I was his private customer, handling everything for me before I even got there. He took his time searching for different cars for me until I found the one!!! Drove off in my 2011 BMW coupe satisfied. I already made 2 recommendations from 2 friends who asked where I purchased my car.

I brought my father, as backup, just in case. We both were impressed with the car and I immediately fell in love with it. I was shocked that the first car I looked at was perfect.
