Regarding my most recent experience at Gilbert Center for Family Medicine, I went in very worried that I might have something wrong with me due to being sick for a few weeks. Neerja, as always, was very comforting and asked what I thought are good questions to help narrow down symptoms. She also responded to my emails via the portal after the visit. Overall a great experience (minus the whole being sick part).

Check in staff was courteous and efficient. Back office staff friendly and qualified. Neerja is always joyful, intelligent, compassionate and competent I have been seeing her for many years and am thankful for her compassion and professionalism.
