Wanted to drop you a quick note thanking you guys for helping us out during our time of need. After coming home from work and finding our finished basement wet from a broken sump pump line we were not sure what to do and was not how I wanted to start my evening. SERVPRO of Mount Ephraim were extremely helpful and sincere while working with us when our basement flooded. They responded quickly and explained the situation and worked with us and our insurance company to get things back to normal as quickly as possible. Truly was like it never happened thank you Keith and team!

A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseWe can't say enough about the exceptional service we received from ServPro! We had a flood in our finished basement when the sump pump failed. Keith and his team responded immediately. They evaluated the situation, explained every step of the process and were extremely kind and professional! Keith coordinated personally with our insurance company to handle all of the details and I couldn't have been more relieved. While they were in our home, they treated it like it was their own and having had other contractors before, we really appreciated the extra care. (Even my kids were in love with them and they were very patient with them!!) To have something like this happen was terrible, but to have a team like this come and assist us made it much more manageable. We hope to never need them again in a disaster, but I can't wait to have them back for their other services. We'll be recommending them to everyone!
