Nice guy, easy to talk to. Knows his medicine. I would recommend him to friends.

When i came in for treatment it was very clear to my family and I that we were in good hands and my condition actually matterd.

Very good experience. Always quick and to the point. Which is nice because I can make my appointments on my lunch hour.

Do not go to this office. Staff is very rude. The doctors NEVER follow up. The prescription was never send to Meijer for me to pick up. Even though the doctor said that they would call me in a week to follow up for the next step of my treatment they never did. They are very good about sending your bill to your address and having your info but when you call them they can NEVER find you on their system when you are calling about an inquiry. Plus they charge you SO MUCH MORE for things that they do not even talk to you about.

I have been a patient of Dr. Campbell for a while, let's start by saying you better be on time (even if you call out of courtesy for being literally 2 minutes late) or else you will be treated rude (not uncommon anyway though). What is not ok is when the loud mouth, HIPPA violating receptionist picks and chooses who has to pay a late fee/past due balance as she blurts everyone's info & talks badly of pt's every time she gets off the phone or they leave the office. Then after waiting for 45 min listening to all this, you get brought back to the exam room by people who make no personal connection at all even if you are a pt that they know. Finally after waiting again, Dr. Campbell comes in and stares at his computer and asks the same things like a robot, he suddenly has no time to listen if you were to inquire about your health. I thought that's why people go to the doctor...so if you want one that actually cares and helps you-DO NOT GO HERE! This office is what gives the medical profession & Doctors a bad reputation.
