I have hired this firm several times when I've had opportunities to interview with exec recruiters. So far, I have been offered a job 5 out of 6 times. To whom it may concern: I do not claim to be a great writer, so after getting nowhere in my job search I decided to find a pro. Working with everyone at vertical media solutions was a real eye opener for me. I found them online right before I was going to send a resume in for a job I really wanted. Joe reviewed the resume that I had written and gave me a lot of helpful advice and direction without even asking for money. It became clear that my the stuff I had written was going to harm my chances of landing this interview and I decided to call in the experts. The guys at VMS not only wrote a targeted resume but they also go my cover letter and LinkedIn looking impressive. A few weeks later I was extended a written offer and I feel like this came about because I DID NOT use the original resume I had written. You guys have earned my recommendation!
