Tyler G. from Clear-Defense Pest Control came out today to provide our initial pest control treatment on our new home. He was awesome!! He took his time and treated each area of the house inside and outside. He asked questions about our concerns and what we have been experiencing in our home. He explained the process as to how long it will be in between treatments and what to expect. He is very professional, honest, and friendly. I strongly recommend this company to anyone seeking to protect their home from insects and other unwanted critters.

Just had Brandon out from ClearDefense Pest Control and I have to say I was amazing at the white-glove kind of service he provided! We have been battling flys, mosquitoes, and palmetto bugs since we moved to SC. Brandon @ ClearDefense Pest Control has the solution!

Clear Defense does good work. They sent out john for an ant problem i had and he took care of them. Went the extra mile and walked my whole backyard to make sure there werent any more ant mounds.

I have been extremely pleased with Clear Defense the p[ast 2 years. The service techs are always prompt, courteous and very professional. as was Edward Schaad who performed our service today. He sprayed both interior and exterior and replaced all the traps in the garage. His thoroughness and knowledge of pests and the products in use was amazing! I would definitely recommend Clear Defense and Edward to anyone.

Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Ryan in the office was so helpful and kind. He was extremely thorough in explaining services and honest about prices, which I appreciate. Our technician John B was SO nice and explained everything really well. He went over the details beforehand and clearly gave a recap of what he saw after he treated our home..he got the job done efficiently, and I with 4 kids I need that! I highly recommend these guys!

I had my first pest issue inside my home recently since Clear Defense started treating. Some ants had found their way to the cat food that i put by the back door. I called and Ryan sent out John the next day. He explained to me everything he did to treat and got the inside and outside of the home. It has been several weeks now and i haven't had any more ants. Great job all around!

Clear Defense did a great job at my house. John was my tech and he was on time and made sure that everywhere was treated.

Update: I've had Clear Defense for over a year now and they have done a great job. John has been my tech for most services and he goes over any issues when he finishes up the treatment. They are very responsive to calls if you have any issues.

I have had great experiences with this company. The two people that have come out so far, Tom C and Kyle have been so friendly and knowledgable. Even the man I spoke to on the phone, Ryan was helpful and informed. I chose this company over the others based on how well other people said their customer service was and they have not disappointed. I also chose this company because I am getting more bang for my buck with the services they offer and how much area they cover compared to the other pest control companies. They answer every time I call and right away. They also have been very fast with scheduling times to come out. I highly doubt you will be disappointed if you use this company.

I've been with Clear Defense for almost two years. I couldn't drum up a complaint if I had to! This company is top notch: Time and time again they come through! They've cornered the market on both product and customer service. Recently had to do my first call back between treatments (not due to their oversight, but for some spiders due to a longer-than-expected timeframe to get new flooring in over concrete slab.) They sent Kyle out, whom had a great bedside manner, AND offered to treat some gnats I mentioned had just shown up around one of our Master Bathroom sinks. Once again, I couldn't be happier with the service Clear Defense provides!
