The staff is very friendly, helpful, and kind. They treat you with dignity and respect. The only negative would be the robes provided by the facility - they are white and a bit see-through, which makes it uncomfortable walking through the hallways.

I found Lindsey, who took my back x-ray to be very professional and made my me feel relaxed and comfortable during my x-ray. All in all, she made my experience go extremely well.

I did not meet with the Radiologist However, the Technician was excellent and explained every step of the test.

As always, your staff is suberb, especially Katie, who performed my mammogram. One suggestion for the future: I have dense breasts and it would have been helpful if the person with whom I made my appointment had told me that an ultrasound would probably be performed. As this was not on the Rx from my doctor, I did not have the opportunity to call my insurance company to determine coverage in advance of my appointment. I will call them tomorrow, but that may mean a return trip. If I had been informed when I made the appointment, I would have had my coverage questions answered in advance.

Every technician was wonderful. I had two services here today. The first was a thryroid ultrasound. My tech was excellent and courteous. My next service was my annual mammogram and ultrasound. Katie and Tanya were wonderful and although my appointment was scheduled for a later time they worked it out that I could go from the thyroid ultrasound directly to my mammogram and breast ultrasound. I love this facility. I always have a great experience. Everyone makes you feel welcome and treats you with kindness and care.

I had 4 tests done. Everyone was nice, but Katie was great with my mammogram.
