Also, the CT speakers were muffled. I was able to somewhat hear the instructions although not clearly. This might be a concern for others.

Everything was perfect! I arrived at the office 15 minutes early as requested to update paperwork. I sat and waited for no more than 5 minutes and was called back before my appointment time. The tech was so friendly and explained everything as we went along. I couldn't have asked for a smoother and more pleasant experience!

Both front desk personnell and tech who handled my ultra sound were friendly, professional and responsive to my questions.

Front desk was nice. Wait time was minimal. Tech who performed the test was wonderful. She really helped me feel at ease and took her time to be sure I was comfortable at all stages of the test.
