pleasant and satisfactory

I was told I'm not really reviewing the doctor. I am not because I have never met him but he is the one who will read my exam. So this review is for Maria my technician. She was very efficient and kind. She's done my mammogram in the past and I always remember her always being nice. She even gave me a gift bag. Thank you.

I've been coming here for my mammograms and it had always been quick and painless. The techs here are very nice. They always make you feel welcome and they always have a smile on their face.

Technician was patient and explained everything very clearly. She was friendly and made sure I was very comfortable throughout the visit.

Everything went smoothly with my three exams. Maria was specially nice and kind. She did my mammo and bone density. There's even a nice gift because of breast month.

I had difficulty with my insurance responding quickly with their authorization for the scan. RAH called me many times to let me know the status and get me an appointment that worked with my Dr appointment. I have been here before and have always received excellent care. The people here are always so nice nd caring. Thank you for your service.

I was prescribed to have an x ray. have never been through this experience, I was a bit hesitant. The woman at the front desk, was kind, thoughtful, and put me through to a visit within a short period of time. When called in for my x-ray, Lindsay introduced herself and let me know exactly what was going to happen. She also answered many of my questions as I had never gone through this before.

This was a seamless visit much to do with your staff's professionalism and caring demeanor.

Brian was so very compassionate and welcoming. He explained the procedure and often checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. He offered me a blanket in case I was cold

Aisha was so very patient with my son Michael who recieved his first MRI and was a bit anxious. After she talked him off the ledge he fell asleep during his test.
