Parkway had some of the best doctors in town. I went there for Dr. Daniel Sullivan and connected with Dr. Leslie Foster and some other excellent people, including superb physician assistant, Pascarello. However PNSI has some of the worst administration that I have ever encountered. They make mistakes about billing and deny appts. They charge for letters relevant to insurance and disability coverage and seem to get confused about what are separate requests (albeit, the insurance companies have been excessive in requiring repetitive info on some claims though at a slightly different state. The result is attrition of the best doctors and fewer competent people available, longer wait times for appts., etc. When I tried to address this with someone adminstrative, they dismissed me. So it, and I, go(es) on.

We appreciate the kind words about our medical staff! We work hard every day to ensure that patients receive superior care and have a positive experience while they are with us. We do extend our apologies for any lengthy waits that are experienced as some days there are patients that require more attention than usual. We accommodate those needs for every patient, however, it can leave us a little behind. We are grateful for the patience that we are shown during these times and we will continue to strive to communicate any potential delays. That being said, PNSI is on the patient's side and we understand the frustrations that can come from billing and insurance. The billing department works diligently to attain approvals and getting appointments and treatments covered as much as possible to help relieve the financial stress for patients. However, despite their best efforts, the final decision is up to the insurance companies and the patients level of coverage. Insurance companies have regulations and standards to follow and can deny or approve patients at their discretion. If there are ever any questions or concerns we ask that patients reach out to us at their earliest convenience so that we may address them promptly. In the meantime, we send out our warmest wishes for a happy and healthy New Year!
