Dr. Glazer is very informative and thorough. You don’t feel rushed out of the office so it allows the patient to feel safe, and like our concerns are valid and heard. A lot of doctors don’t do that; it’s an in and out business, so it’s nice to find a doctor and staff that isn’t like that.

Took time to explain issues with hearing loss, what current options are and what might be coming -- but down the road a bit. Easy to talk to and spoke to me in a thoughtful way.

I had a weird accident and something was stuck in my ear. I had had a diving issue over 20 yrs ago and my hearing was affected for some time and against my normal demeanor I responded with anxiety. Perhaps due to steroid tapering for another condition this anxiety happened again here. I am appreciative of Dr. Glaser and his good efforts to help me with my condition and my overall hearing as well as his explanation and advice which was pertinent and helpful.

The office is so well organized, and the office staff is so clear and helpful. The appointments are well scheduled and confirmed, and paperwork collected in advance to avoid long wait times and crowded waiting rooms. Dr. Glaser was very thorough and took the time to explain clearly and answer any questions. I didn't feel like I was being rushed or was just a file in the drawer. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Glaser was patient speaking about other issues going on with my health and even looked into test results for piece of mind - greatly appreciated.
