Went in just to look at the pools and came out purchasing a new above ground. Sales was professional and very informative buying was quick and simple process crew that came to instal was professional great work and very efficient. Cleaned up area looks amazing

Great customer service. Always willing to help. Even when they are closed. Had an employee get out of his car and come over to give us information. Took 20 minutes of his own time to talk to us.

They have very nice outdoor furniture. I would shop there for pool or other outdoor needs and supplies.

We bought beautiful chairs from them this Spring! They are so comfortable we use them every day! Everyone was so helpful we would definitely go back!!!

Brian Clark was great to work with. If you are in the market for a pool or hot tub go see him and tell him I sent you!!

Poor customer skills.....told us to Google how to open our pool. SMH. We called a different pool company and he helped us out!!!

I have purchased pools and spas from Aloha. Our salesman, Brian Clark, goes above and beyond. He not only knows the sales end of the business but can answer any question we have about our products. When we have had an issue, they have made things right and stood by their product.

Aloha did an excellent job when we had a pool in 1999 in Brownsville. The family that bought the home is still enjoying!! We now live in Jackson without a pool. Our grandchildren sure miss having a pool.

Aloha is convenient due to it's proximity to our house. It offers a big selection, affordable prices, and knowledgeable staff.

Purchased an above ground pool and we love it. They always help us figure out which chemicals we need to have our water looking nice and clear. Very satisfied

The staff is very helpful. When you come in they go above and beyond to help you with whatever you are looking for, whether it be for a new pool, water sample for your existing pool,parts or accessories. They also have a great selection of jacuzzis,patio furniture and pools to help you make a decision on what you may like. Overall a great place to shop!

We got an above ground pool and storm shelter from aloha. We had great experiences with both. We also have them open and close the pool every year and they come and get it done with no worries.

Aloha's prices were far better than any of the competitors and the quality of our pool is far superior than any we compared. Only giving 1 star bcz you can't give a ZERO. What a bunch of bozos! For over a week we tried to sign a contract but these fools would not return numerous phone calls after leaving multiple voice mails and store receptionist messages over a period of a week. Talk about a classic bait and switch. The sales guys named Bronson shows up with a bunch of "fall special" pricing. We set up an appt. to drive 2 hours to their store to pick out stamped concrete patterns, add features to the pool, and sign a contract. Then there was a "little hiccup" that resulted in he and the store owner Dennis needing to work something out. Then nothing. Between the 2 of them they must have told us at least 5 times they would "get right back to us" over a period of 2 days. Never did call. Go check out other reviews on them dating back for 5 years. Not a single positive. And some of the horror stories described make me glad I didn't go any further with these morons. You know if you can't conduct a reputable business, maybe you should just get out of the market. Really pathetic. Be very careful with whatever these shysters tell you and try to sell you.

Had my pool installed last may. Have grass growing through my liner and cracks in my liner. Called them when I was closing my pool and they said they would have someone check it next year. Now I have grass growing through my liner and they blame it on the sand company that they referred me too. They don't stand behind there pools! Beware!

These guys have been king in this area so long they forgot how to do business.They are great until after you pay for it , then it's "who are you" and "we will get someone out there one day"
