I told Dr Hackbardt I was interested in Invisalign, she explained the process in detail, and was able to work me into her schedule to get started with the scan the same day.

I have been going to Midwest Family Dental Care for many years and have NEVER had a bad experience with any employee there. EVERYONE is VERY nice and extremely helpful. My hygienist, Veronika is THE BEST!!! I would recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE to come here for their dental care. They REALLY do care about you as a person.

Everyone in the office is really kind. Dr. Hackbardt is very gentle and painless, confident and skilled. Gia, her assistant today was thorough, sweet and quick.

Prior to college, I was very sensitive about my teeth and had a primary care dentist in my home town. After enrolling into college and moving to Grand Rapids, and no longer having had insurance, I went without and therefore neglected my teeth.

Years later, I finally obtained insurance, and gave Midwest Family Dental Care a try. Janel Hackbardt saw me. Her care, overall knowledge and confidence made me feel relieved in my visit. I now have my smile back after years of going without. Thank you!
