T r south r sorry don't ever pick this compeny to pick up ur trach they want do it they say that they got the best rates but they don't they suck donkey bullz

I had been with T R South Sanitation since around this time in 2009. They appeared to be a great company, had good rates, good service...i even got a brand new trash can! Any how in 2009 they missed my trash one day in the morning they must have come by before 7am, because they told me my can wasn't out in time. So i said ok it wont happen again. And my pickup day was on thursdays. So i began putting the can out wednesday night. All was good for awhile until my trash was still there when i got home from work one day around 7pm. Of course it was too late they close at 5pm. I immediatly called first thing next morning and was told the driver stated he did not see my can on the curb. WTF! Anyhow this happened at least once a month, then in Jan 2010 they started having the Holiday excuses, then it was the drivers partner didnt show up for work, so the poor driver was all by himself....yea my trash sat for 9 days that time. Between Feb 2010 and June2010 there were missed pickups every week. One week it became fridays, then it was saturdays, then back to thursdays. They dished out truck problems and late/sick employee excuses. In the midst of this i am told the rates are increasing $6 a Qtr. Well duh they have to pay for those shiny new trucks. Anyhow i gave up with them and went to another company in June2010. I am still battling the flies now, and the maggots. I believe trah sitting for 9 days at a time every other week played a role in this mess. And they still have not picked up there can, its been there at the curb for almost a month now. Seems the law states property is abandoned after 30 days? So looks like here soon if they dont claim it soon its mine. So i guess one good thing about this company is chances are good for getting a 95 gallon can on wheels. Be smart, choose wisely. I bet there service is so shih-tee there own employees use another trash service.

I started out with this company when they were nobody!! at first I had no problems, hen they changed pick up dates, left my trash, forgot it!!! I call they said I did not put it out That was a lie. My husband always put it out the night before. I always had to call and raise cain and then it would be picked up the next day!! Now you can not talk to anyone at all and they are raising thier rates !! I DON'T THINK SO THEY SUCK!!!! Bought new trucks and can't even take care of the business they have. really poor customer service!

Very, Very, Very, Unprofessional! I only had service for 4 months before they neglected to pick up my trash. And they lied about the trash not being out! My husband definitely put the trash out the nite before pick up day. And when I customer service they were extremely rude! I asked to speak with supervisor and she was worse! They refused to make things right and basically didn't seem to care if the lost a customer. And forget about contacting the owner or someone with higher authority! THIS GHETTO MOM AND POP BUSINESS NEEDS TO CLOSE!!!!!!!!!!



Oh yeah, their business profile shows only 3 employees! That explains why they are missing pick ups.

Customer Service is the worst. If they dont pick up your trash they say its basically your fault? in so many words i was called a lyre because the office was told by the driver they went by my house and my trash wasnt there? It has happened more than once. And instead of comming out the next day or even trying to help i was told there is nothing they can do. I had to move all my trash back and wait another week before they came out. OOHH YEA, its been about 90degrees outside therefore trash can full of magits and flies.I wouldnt recommend this business to my worst enemy. BEWARE find another trash company!!!!

I had called around for trash service and found this this company was by far the best bet for my budget. The customer service was very friendly and pleasant. The lady explained to me that the rate stays the same after you join. Some companies like CLM will increase your rate bur T and R Sanitation stays the SAME all year round.
