next time make sure the men be careful when they walk through or by the water heater and washing machine. they turned down the water heater and we had cold water. and the washing machine has a dent in it

The install team forgot to remove the alarm trigger pads from the rear sliding door and hauled them away. Not good!

I am so pleased with the entire process of the buying + installation of my new vinyl windows. The salesman was so bright + helpful. The owner Chris came + took measurements-he was so awesome in adjusting my order so I was able to have all the windows installed. Can't thank him enough! The installation crew was so skilled + professional. They got the job done right + cleaned up perfect. Now my home feels sturdier, the airplane noise is abated significantly and I look forward to the energy saving in the years ahead. My home looks + feels brand new + I have more pride in it. We are pleased with our windows! They look very nice. The install team was pleasant especially JJ. After they left we did find a fair amount of broken glass in the flower bed below the bathroom window. There was quite a bit of sawdust under the kitchen window as well. Other than that it was great.

If you customer has directv tell them up front that they will have to call their company to reset and remount. We are now out tv and will have to pay $49+ to have it remounted.

I've found the job to be done very well. The work men were professional and polite. The only fraction we found was when our daughter climbed out the window to retrieve a piece of gutter left on the roof, she found and picked up 5 cigarette butts left on our new roof. We are not smokers and find this gross.

Loved the main office customer service in Kent. However, the salesman that sold me the window, Jeff I believe, dropped the ball. Window was not installed by date promised. He didn't communicate the need for additional guys needed to install the window. Top floor is a heavy window which caused an issue when they came out to install. We ended up having to reschedule for the next day. We took off work for installation day! So, we weren't very happy. The guys that came out were great and we love the window. Just overall we were frustrated with the miss communication. Later found out the Vancouver location was closed. So the evaluation only is low because of all that happened. Happy with the promptness of Ken and staff. Look forward to you coming back out to check on caulking.

It would have helped your crew to have a 3rd person helping. The 2 guys that came were really running up and down stairs ALL DAY.
