I went by the store 2 hours after closing.. I just needed an ethernet cord adapter.. The peice was pricey but the service was outstanding!

Had to give one star or the program would not take it.



Nice man until he gets your money! Then he will shock you with his change.

I paid for home repair of a computer, he said he had to take it to the shop. when he returnes it saying it worked I believed him. He sold me at that time a laptop and wireless mouse and keyboard, he said he would deliver and set up in 2 days. The next day when I tried to use the computer it did not work, I called an was told he would be out to look at it within a few days, as he had to bring my keyboard and mouse for set up and there was a 90 day warranty on the repair. I called every week for 3 months, always with a promise of be right there. My daughter went into the shop picked up the mouse and keyboard said she would be happy to bring the computer to him, He said no I will be out there within 2 days. He never came. Never returned my calls and the young man working there would always say sorry but I told him.

I went to the shop myself he was not there I told the worker there I wanted a refund and was told he had no way to do that. John Brown did call me shortly after I left the shop on my cell phone which goes auto to the car speakers. He was a rageing luny, his favorite word started with a f and ended with a k not something you would want your kids to hear, when he was done he hung up.



I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO SMALL CLAIMS

My Asus ROG (Republic of Gamers) $1700 died over a year ago. Id taken it to Best buy's geek squad and they informed me it was a bad motherboard and would cost over $500 to fix, in the past year, I've taken it to 2 other computer shops and both confirmed the Best Buy diagnosis.



I brought this same laptop into Computer Solutions and he was able to not only fix my laptop, he only charged $100 and gave me a 6 month warranty. He explained that the motherboard had overheated a chip and that he had the equipment to repair this type of problem. Thank you Chase, I'm a customer for life!!
